Chapter 42 I am not the Right One

Chapter 42 I am not the Right One

“Rosalie.” Spencer said lightly. Step by step, he moved forward. The voice of the leather shoes

clattered, like the announcement of death.

Spencer stood in front of Rosalie, looking at her in commanding manner, “Let her go, she is innocent.”

Rosalie got pale on face and smiled, “See, you always like this, why since had her you no longer pay

attention to me? What have I done wrong?”

“You can't force feelings.” Spencer said, “I am not the right one.”

“That's why I can't be reconciled, ha, ha, ha, I have been through a lot, and you said you are not the

right now!” Rosalie said, “Where on earth do you think I am?!”

“You are a friend and a sister.” Spencer answered, “I'm sorry, I just figured out my feelings now, so

please allow me to solemnly say sorry to you, but I will try my best to meet your needs and treat you

well.”

“But the only thing I can't give you is love.”

Rosalie laughed even more loudly. Her laughter echoed in the empty warehouse, “You have given me

so many years of hope. Now you tell me that you can't give me love?!”

Spencer looked at her silently and did not speak.

“Well, Spencer, good.” Rosalie nodded her head, clapped her hands and turned angrily to those men

beside her, “Hurry up! Don't leave her alive! If you kill her, I'll be responsible! And I'll double your

money!”

“Rosalie?!” Spencer looked at Rosalie in shock.RêAd lat𝙚St chapters at Novel(D)ra/ma.Org Only

“Let’s go to hell together.” Rosalie grinned toward him, “Anyway I have no difference with being dead. I

want someone die with me. I am not asking too much.”

Spencer clenched his teeth and saw Aleena looking at him with misty eyes.

His heart was painful. He no longer paid attention to Rosalie but immediately rushed toward those men.

Rosalie looked at him rushing to them without hesitation, she felt sour in heart. She bit her teeth, turned

around and pushed the wheelchair to leave.

Spencer rushed in unarmed. Even though he had been trained before, he could not withstand the fierce

attack of those men.

Once the men knew how much they would be rewarded, they gave up their scruples and went for

Aleenas.

Spencer dodged protecting Aleena, but he could not avoid the attack by those men.

Seeing Spencer was in the way, those men cursed and got more ruthless.

How could Spencer fight with so many men alone? Those men kept kicking and punching, he could not

avoid them at all. Soon he got bloody and messy.

Finally, Spencer could not resist and had no way to break out. He could only protect Aleena under him

and used his body to bear the attacks for her.

Aleena’s eyes were red. Through the blur she could only see the bright determined eyes of Spencer.

At that moment, she thought it was him. No matter how many unpleasant things had happened before,

it would be him for the rest of her life.

She was right about this man.

The blood Spencer touched her body. She held his hand affectionately, lifted her eyes and saw into his

eyes.

Spencer gave her a smile and squeezed her hand. “I will protect you until the last moment of my life.”

As soon as the words fell, Aleena heard a clanging sound, and then Spencer's smile solidified.

Aleena was flurried and then got fainted.

Unconscious, they did not hear the sirens outside the warehouse.

...

Spencer felt a terrible headache and his body heavy, but his mind was awake and he heard the familiar

soft voice.

“How is Spencer today, doctor?” Asked Aleena.

“The recovery is good. It didn't hit his critical point. We will do a more specific examination when he

wakes up.” The doctor said, “I've told you the cautions, and you're a pregnant woman, so don't be too

tired.”

“I know, thank you.” The sound of Aleena died away, and then her slow footsteps were heard, sending

the doctor away.

As soon as she entered the door, she saw Travis staring at her with a smile.

Aleena cried out in surprise, “Spencer, you're awake!”

“Sorry to make you worried.” Spencer smiled and held out his hand to her.

Aleena hurriedly ran to hold it, “I will call the doctor.”

“Don't worry. I'm all right. Let me have a good look at you.” Spencer looked at her affectionately, “Are

you ok? How is the child?”

“We're fine. I blacked out the other day when you lost consciousness. I don't know who called the

police, but the police came to our rescue.” Aleena said with a smile, “We're lucky, aren't

we?”
