Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 2055

Bonnie had a knack for stirring trouble, especially when things didn't go her way. Her favorite target? Stella.

Stella, despite being constantly bullied, showed up at school every single day without fail. Bonnie couldn't wrap her head around how Stella managed to keep her spirits up, let alone feed herself, until she noticed Stella getting unusually close to one of the teachers. This teacher was quite young, handsome even, and had only recently joined the faculty. Bonnie's blood boiled when she spotted them holding hands off-campus. Without a second thought, she reported them to the school authorities.

The teacher vanished from the school shortly after. Rumor had it, he left Stella a substantial sum of money. Even without the boys at school paying her any mind, Stella wouldn't be going hungry anytime soon.

But Bonnie couldn't let it go. Why should Stella, of all people, grab everyone's attention?

Her harassment only escalated. Then, in college, fate threw them into the same major. Bonnie, having snagged Morgan as her boyfriend, wasted no time bad-mouthing Stella to him. Morgan, head over heels for Bonnie, took her words as gospel and joined in on the bullying.

Bonnie thought she'd always have the upper hand, especially after getting Stella blacklisted in the jewelry industry by accusing her of plagiarism. But just a month later, Stella's fortunes took an unexpected turn. She was suddenly Stella Sanders, Morgan's long-lost sister. Bonnie couldn't believe it. During her travels, something had changed dramatically. How could Stella become a Sanders?

Initially shocked, Bonnie now felt threatened, worried her marriage to Morgan might be jeopardized.

"Stella, don't get too cocky. The Sanders family won't give you shares. Just you wait!" Bonnie snapped before hanging up and immediately dialing Morgan.

Morgan, ever the love-struck fool, never doubted her word. Bonnie recalled how Morgan had stood by as she orchestrated an attack on Stella, leaving her with a scar from boiling water. If not for a timely intervention, Stella's face would have been ruined too—a missed opportunity, in Bonnie's eyes, all thanks to Morgan.

"Morgan, what's the deal with Stella?" she asked.

Morgan sounded troubled. "How

should I know? My dad's asking me to make nice with her. When Tomas Sanders passed, he left Stella 1% of his fortune, worth millions, and now the Sanders family wants to honor that promise."

Millions?

Bonnie's heart raced. How did Stella deserve such fortune? She was determined not to let Stella get her hands on it. After all, to Bonnie, the luxury Morgan's family offered paled in comparison to the wealth Stella stood to inherit.

She took a deep breath. "Morgan, do you really believe Stella is your sister?"

"I have no choice. The DNA tests have been done over and over."

"Morgan, you know she used to bully me in high school. I can't stand the thought of her being your sister, and I know you don't care for her either. Let's make her disappear."

"How?"

"Once she gets the shares, we'll trick her out of them and send her off to some remote place. Isn't there a market for selling women somewhere?"

Morgan, no saint himself, found the idea intriguing. "Bonnie, I always listen to you."

Relieved, Bonnie thought as long as Morgan stayed lovestruck, she'd have no trouble joining the Sanders family.

"Morgan, I'm coming over. I miss you so much. Just thinking about you makes me..."Material © NôvelDrama.Org.

"You're such a tease, Bonnie. Haven't seen you in days and you're already like this," Morgan teased, his tone laden with implication, inviting her to his mansion.
