Her Return, His Regret

Chapter 121~ Bachelorette party

Ryan and his two groomsmen sat in a private room at the club, drinking whiskey and playing poker as soft music played in the background.

Adan threw the stack of cards on the table in frustration and said, "Come on, Ryan! When you said you wanted to have a bachelor party since you never had one before you got married, I thought it was going to be wild man... Drinks, women- all the fun stuff. I can't believe you want to play poker during your bachelor party."

Ryan frowned at his friend and replied, "Did you just say women? I'm a married man... I can't hang out with other women. What if Lora leaves me again?"

Adan rolled his eyes. "You won't be cheating... it's just to liven up the environment. This is boring, man."

"Of course, players like you would find this boring. Have you seen Aiden complaining?" Ryan asked and Aiden arched an eyebrow.

He smirked and asked, "Shouldn't you call me Uncle?"

Adan laughed out loud. He exclaimed, "Yeah! Ryan, you're supposed to respect the elders of the family. Wait a minute... is that why you're pretending to enjoy poker right now? Because your wife's uncle is around?" Ryan glared at Adan and said, "No, I'm not. Don't make it sound like I always have women around."

"Let's have fun, bro... I'll invite a few people. You don't have to interact with them if you don't want to. I'm sure Lora is having fun too," Adan suggested.

Ryan shook his head. "Nope. I'm not inviting any other women. I promised Lora I won't ever get entangled with women. Besides, she's probably also drinking with Diane and Bianca."

"Diane has hired some male dancers though," Aiden suddenly said.

"What?" Ryan asked, his eyes widening.

"I heard her say it was going to be a wild night," Aiden remarked and flicked his wrist to glance at his watch. "The dancers should be arriving at the venue soon. I wonder... could they be male stripers?" Ryan clenched his jaw and almost crushed his glass of whiskey.

...

Meanwhile, Diane had booked a luxurious suite at one of the five-star hotels for Lora's bachelorette party.

Lora glanced at the place that was decorated with balloons, ribbons and confetti before giving her sister-in-law a questioning look.

"Isn't this too much?"

"Too much? I wanted to do more but I had to hold myself back!" Diane exclaimed excitedly. "Relax, Lora. This is your night to let loose before you're tied down for eternity!"

"I'm already tied down though... legally, I'm still married to your brother," Lora replied in amusement. "And who are these people?"

There were a few ladies in the room who were chatting and drinking champagne.

"Oh, just some people I invited to liven up the mood," Diane remarked. "You don't need to know them... they know you."

Someone came to them and smiled at Lora before saying, "Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, Lora."

"Um, thank you..." Lora replied.

"You see," Diane said when the lady walked away.

Bianca chipped in, "I must say, you're very good at throwing parties. Let's not just stand around here... let the party begin!"

The ladies wore matching shimmering black dresses. Lora had a white satin sash with the words, I am the bride on it. Diane and Bianca's sash had the words, I am the bridesmaid on them.

They began to take wine as they chatted about this and that. Diane suddenly looked at her watch and said, "The real fun is about to start!"

Lora narrowed her eyes at Diane, getting suspicious of her excitement.

"Why do I feel like you're up to no good?" She asked.

Diane giggled and said, "Oh, you're going to love it. It's going to be hot tonight!"

Bianca and Lora shared a look, wondering what Diane was up to.

Diane got to her feet and announced, "Ladies, get ready for some fun! I hope we have a lot of cash ready. Some hot men will be joining us soon!" Cheers erupted in the room as the ladies waved their dollars.

"Oh, no you didn't!" Lora said, her eyes widening in shock.

Diane wriggled her eyebrows and replied, "Oh, yes I did. You deserve a wild night before walking down the aisle tomorrow."

"Wow... I would love to have such a cool sister-in-law," Bianca remarked, giggling.

The doorbell rang and silence fell over the room as the ladies looked at the door in anticipation.

"They are here!" Diane exclaimed excitedly and sashayed over to the door before opening it enthusiastically.

Standing in the doorway were three tall men dressed in firemen's uniforms, complete with suspenders, black pants and orange helmets.

The men had masks on their faces and with the helmets on their heads, it was difficult to make out what they looked like.

One of the men stepped forward and

The women erupted in cheers and whistles, already throwing the dollar bills at the men.

At the same time, Lora froze when she heard that voice. The man had tuned his voice but there was no way she couldn't recognise that voice.

Her heart raced as she looked at the man whose body build now looked familiar.

The "firemen" stepped inside and the man at the front led his friends to get three chairs before positioning them in the middle.

More cheers erupted from the

women as most of them hoped the hot men, would choose them. They couldn't see their faces yet but they could tell they were hot men

The man looked around before pointing at Lora, curling his index finger to call her over.

"Go, go! The man has chosen you! You're so lucky!" Diane exclaimed and Lora blushed as she approached the man and sat on the chair. The other two men looked around before choosing Diane and Bianca.

Now the three women sat on the chairs as the men stood in front of each one of them.

A song by Bruno Mars, called That's What I Like began to play and the men began to dance, moving their bodies seductively.

"Whoooa! This is so hot!" Diane screamed as the man in front of her put her legs between his before ripping his shirt and showing her his abs. She even reached forward and caressed the abs.

"You can touch the abs, Lora. I won't tell my brother, I promise," Diane said and Lora blushed.

She gasped when the man got closer and held her hand before putting it in his shirt, making her feel his abs.

Thereafter, he took off his helmet, followed by his mask, revealing the face that everyone wanted to see.
