One Month
She was his sin and his salvation.
He thoroughly plundered her mouth, taking everything she had to offer- her gasps, her whimper, the sweetness coating her tongue- everything. Her delicate frame trembling in his embrace, but he only pulled her closer, his hands possessively caressing her sides. She had introduced him to his new side tonight. A side that was feral and beyond his control, a side that knew no boundaries or restraint, a side that craved her proximity like a dying man craves breath.
He tore his mouth from hers, only to trace her jaw with feathery kisses. If she thought his rage was dangerous, she had no idea how deep his obsession ran.
Gasping for air, she closed her eyes out of exhaustion, feeling his mouth whispering tender kisses down her throat. She had no idea what had gotten into him. Why the man who hated her existence was now suddenly touching her inappropriately. Why was he kissing her?
Her eyes flung open as she felt his fingers fumbling with the buttons of her shirt. A sharp tug- one popped open. She was still struggling to make sense of what was happening with her when another was ripped open, sending a jolt of alarm through her.
Before he could open another, she somehow wrenched her one arm from his grip and stopped him by grasping his ridiculously large hand. He looked up, his eyes dark and unreadable, daring her to say something that would irritate him.
A teardrop ran down her eyes.
"Please, don't," she pleaded, ready to fall to her knees if she had to. She can't let him violate her. He didn't seem pleased nor convinced.
"I..I am too young for this... You..you already stole my first kiss, let me keep my honor, please....I am not even 18," she implored desperately. She knew her excuse was as hollow as his morals. Kids her age had body counts higher than their years on Earth. She had to be the only virgin in her class. But, at least, they gave theirs away willingly. He must have lost his virginity with his consent too. Then why was he forcing her?
His eyes bored into hers, cold and unyielding.
"Please," she begged, willing to do anything to keep her honor. She was desperate. Little did she know, he was also not going to stop until she was his in every sense.
A stretch of moment passed before he finally drew away. Her prey relented. His eyes lingered on her as he removed his hand from her shirt. His hold loosening on her wrist. She drew a long breath, filling her lungs with air.
She quickly buttoned up her shirt with her shaking fingers, hiding her modesty from his predatory gaze.
She quietly settled into the passenger seat beside him. Their drenched body pressed against the seat, water seeping into the fabric. No words were shared between them since that incident, but she knew he wanted her to follow him. He always led and she always followed.
Her heart raced wildly as he rolled up the window, isolating them from the world. Every moment with him felt like eternity.
She turned her face away from him and looked out the blurry window. Her vision blurred not because of the rain-soaked windows but of her own tears. The rain had stopped, but it was now her insides caught in a torrent of emotions. She was desperate for an escape, desperate to get out of his vicious clutches. He would ruin her if she didn't. She had to do something.
Silence fell over as they both dwelled in their thoughts. They both relived the moment they had shared not long ago. It was a huge turn for both of them. For him, their first kiss was a glimpse of heaven, but for her it was the hell's damnation. His eyes glittered with mirth, hers were soaked with sorrow. It was after their kiss that he realised what he wanted and she figured what she needed.
He pulled up outside her house. She didn't waste a moment and opened the door, desperate for escape. His taste of cigarette and coffee still lingered on her tongue. Her mouth smelled like his. She needed to brush and take a long bath. She knew she wasn't going to sleep tonight. Her heart was heavy with sorrow and pain that he had given her tonight. Her lips still hurt but it was her soul that had received the hardest blow.
Closing the door, she started towards her house. She just wanted to lie in her bed and cry. The day was long and distressing and the world was cruel. No one cared about her. No one cared about her emotions, her feelings.
Only a few steps, when she felt his fingers curling around her wrist. With a forceful yank, he pushed her against the window of his car. Startled, her gaze shot up to only to find his face hovering over her. His eyes drilling into hers. Close again. Her mind replayed the flashes of their kiss. Her nerves wound tight in anxiety.noveldrama
"One month. After that, I won't hold back," he declared, his murmur a quiet promise. She froze, shocked.
He gently cradled her cheek, his breath ghosted over her lips as he leaned in, "No more running after that."
After declaring his intentions, he closed the distance. His lips came down on her with a gentle force. Her lips were still raw and sore from his earlier abuse. He traced his tongue along the length of her lower lip, befoer gently sucking on it. The boundaries were broken and he wasn't going to mend them. She stood still, silently enduring his madness.
He broke their kiss a long moment later and inched away. His eyes still craving for more, but he restrained and whispered against her lips "go and sleep."
She noticed his lips were glistening with her blood as he pulled away. Holding her gaze, he slowly dragged his tongue over his lips, relishing the taste of her blood. Wiping away her tears, she walked past him and ran inside her house.
Nate drew a sigh and slumped forward, trying to gather his thoughts. She had disoriented him. Their kiss had taken away whatever little bit of sanity was left in him. One month. He would wait patiently until her birthday, and then she'd be his.
