I love you till the end, Mr. Buenavista

COFFEE SHOP

“What do you mean?” Samarra inquired, frowning as her gaze was drawn to Claudel with a playful smile on her lips that seemed pleased with her visible reaction.

Claudel sipped her coffee before responding with a playful smile to her question.

“Oh, that? I’m pregnant, “Claudel said while artfully rubbing her stomach; she was nine months pregnant, but the truth is that it had a bow-shaped bulge.

I am pregnant, like a reverberating echo in her ear.

Samarra swallowed as if she knew where her conversation with Claudel would lead. Even if she does not ask, Claudel wants to identify Zachary as the father of the child she is carrying based on what she observes.

All of our life decisions are dependent on the two of us. Do you get what I’m saying?

Samarra closes her eyes as she recalls the conversation she had with Zachary.

Right! Don’t overthink things, Samarra. Claudel has deceived you, thought a portion of her mind.

She inhaled deeply and then smiled at Claudel. She observed the surprise on Claudel’s face. Perhaps Claudel was surprised by her smile.

“Well! Congratulation.”

As she lifted the cup in front of her before taking a sip, she said.

Bingo!

She can see the irritation on Claudel’s face, which quickly vanishes. Claudel smiled and folded her arms in her seat while staring intently at the woman.

“Oh, thank you; you won’t ask who the father of the baby I’m carrying is?” Claudel questioned with a playful smile.

She shrugged her shoulders. “I have no interest.”

“Really?” Claudel chuckled.

She took a deep breath and focused on Claudel while sipping her coffee. She was highly familiar with her personality type. Based on her observations. Claudel intended to annoy her by suggesting that Zachary was the father of the child she was carrying.

What if Zachary is the biological father? What are your plans, Samarra?

She closes her eyes and inhales deeply to calm her racing thoughts.

Damn! What if…?

Samarra, she reminded herself, calm down.

Before making a decision, she can be asked Zachary if it’s true; she nods her head to indicate agreement on the other side of her brain.

She smiled at Claudel, who was shocked by her action.

“Do I need to know? As far as I can recall, we are not close or personally acquainted. Why should I care who the father of your unborn child is?”

Claudel raised an eyebrow at her as she inhaled deeply and attempted to calm herself.

Perhaps Claudel did not anticipate her response.

“I’ll let you know whether you’re interested or not because I don’t want to be selfish with information, especially about your life.”

She chuckled and grinned.

“As said before, Ms. Reyes. It does not interest me. Consider that you wish to drag my husband’s name. Am I warning you? I will sue you if Zachary is not the father of your child. That’s my promise.”

She observed that Claudel’s face blanched when he was threatened, so she seized the opportunity.

She removed the cash from her purse and placed it on the table. It would not be enjoyable if Claudel still had to pay for the coffee she drank. She smiled as she rose to her feet and slung the bag over her shoulder.

“Enjoy your day, Ms. Reyes.”

She smiled and then retreated. She heard Claudel speak before she could even get away from her.

“Ms. O ‘Harra?! Zachary is the father of the child I’m carrying, and he’ll leave you once Zach receives his inheritance.”

She bit her lower lip so hard because she was annoyed, but she chose to be patient. She was already anticipating that Claudel would irritate and anger her.

“Please allow me to correct you, Mrs. Buenavista.”

Slowly, she turned to face Claudel with a smile on her lips, even though insecurity was eating at her again because Claudel had said Zachary would leave her. She emphasized Mrs. Buenavista so Claudel would know she was a Mrs. Buenavista.

“I am Mrs. Samarra Miel O ‘Harra Buenavista, and case you forgot my new surname.”

She smiled and raised her head as if she was pleased with what she was saying.

“So long as Zach does not inherit anything and we do not divorce. Mrs. Zachary Buenavista is still my name. So, how about you? You will not be patient.”

Samarra smiled as she noticed Claudel blushing with embarrassment over what she had said. She could see her palm clenching as she stared at her.

“How dare you-”

Claudel, on the other hand, was shocked when she suddenly grabbed her wrist and did not expect to be able to stop the proper slap on her.

“Don’t you dare touch me with your filthy hand, bitch,” Samarra said quietly, hoping no one would notice.

“Please don’t bother me with this nonsense. If you want to be Mrs. Buenavista, you must wait until I relinquish my surname. Unfortunately, all you can do now is wait.”

She pushed Claudel slightly to move away from her.C0ntent © 2024 (N/ô)velDrama.Org.

“Ouch!” Claudel moaned, one hand on her chair, the other on her stomach.

When Claudel burst into tears, Samarra frowned.

“What did you do, Ara?” Zachary asked her angrily.

Zachary passed Samarra and quickly joined Claudel, who was writhing in pain before Samarra could respond. She could see Zachary’s genuine concern for Claudel in his handsome face.

She leaned down and bit her lip so hard that she felt pain in her throat. She was so hurt when her two eyes saw Zachary worrying about other Claudel. A large needle pierced her.

“Fuck! Hold on .”

When she heard Zachary’s inevitable swearing, she looked up, and he quickly lifted Claudel.

“Shhh … Don’t be worried; the baby will be fine. Don’t shed any tears. It will not help.”

Samarra collapsed on her chest, tears welling on both sides of her eyes. She felt like an air that Zachary hadn’t seen in those moments as she followed Zachary’s gaze as Claudel lifted him beyond her stance.

“Let’s go, Ara!”

She quickly wiped her tears away as Zachary returned her gaze as Claudel lifted. During those hours, she wanted to strangle Zachary. Zachary still intends to involve her in taking care of Claudel.

Samarra took a deep breath before she walked; she was stupid because she still followed Zachary’s order despite her pain.
