TWO vs ZERO
When she opened her eyes, Samarra was startled to find herself in a dark room. Where am I? Her head hurt like a spinning ball. She massages her brow and closes her eyes again. When she felt a sense of relief after that, she returned to sleep again and closed her eyes when she had a flash of memory.
“Sam, Zach has something ready for you on the roof deck at seven o’clock in the evening.”
She is pushed back into her bed. And returned my gaze to the cellphone. The time is 7:20 p. m. What the f*ck? I’m dead! She quickly stood up to use the bathroom but sat down again after losing her balance. And she had the sensation that her head was spinning like a ball. She sat for a few moments before deciding to get stood up.
She quickly took a bath and then went straight to her suitcase, which the luggage had not fixed the dress since she arrived earlier. She opened it and took the briefcase’s black haltered dress above the knee. And, grabbing a pair of black sandals, she combed her hair and quickly grabbed the cell phone and keycard on her bed, continuing her walk towards the living room’s private elevator.
She quickly descended to the thirtieth floor and moved another elevator to the twenty-fifth floor, where the roof deck bar and the restaurant were located.
Because the private elevator in Ezekiel’s penthouse is just straight up to the lobby and basement II, she had to move to another elevator if she wanted to go somewhere.
Samarra heard a snort behind her. “It appears that the person behind me is a pervert,” she thought.
She took a deep breath and tried to ignore the man behind her. But that man was simply naughty. The man tapped her on the shoulder.
“Excuse me, Miss. Isn’t that your keycard?” said a baritone voice behind her.
She took a deep breath and returned her gaze to the man behind her. Her lovely smile was ready.
“Y-you?!” they pronounced almost simultaneously with their index fingers pointing at each other. Their eyes widened as if they couldn’t believe what they saw.
The Herodes man intentionally bumped her in the mall. Then, thick-faced for not apologizing to her.
Samarra had recovered from her shock earlier. She quickly grabbed the keycard. She smirked when she noticed that man didn’t seem to believe what he saw. She’d seen him swallow so many times before.
She waved her keycard or even snapped her finger in the man’s face. When she noticed that man didn’t move or do anything, she turned her back on it.
“Hey! How did you get that keycard? ” The man whispered in her ears, and she froze when she felt him lick her earlobe.
When she noticed his meet eyebrow while looking sharply at her, she turned quickly and frowned.
Is he a bother? This keycard she clutched belonged to Ezekiel and was given to her before he was left in the penthouse. Earlier, she had been unable to register her fingerprints. Hopefully, she’ll be able to enter the penthouse even if she doesn’t have a keycard.
Samarra glanced when she felt his fingers sink into her arm slowly, even though she was already nervous about his actions.
Samarra swallowed and pretended to be brave.
She raised her brow. “Do you think I need to explain it to you?” She tried to keep her voice steady, even though she felt her knee was about to give way due to nervousness.
The man’s brows met, and his face darkened. “Answer me! Are you trying to sell your body? ” His voice echoed in the four corners.
His question caught her off guard. What? Selling? She swallowed after noticing the man was enraged and had an evil expression on his face.
She shook her head. “Take care of your own business, Devil’s monkey,” she said.
She bites the man’s hand, still holding her arm tightly. She applied more pressure to the bite, gradually loosening his grip on her.
When she caught sight of the digital number at the top of the elevator in her peripheral vision, it was on the 25th floor. She quickly kicked the man in the balls a second time.
Overwhelmed with pain, the man stooped while resuming his grip on the front.
Samarra quickly turned around and exited the elevator before the door closed. She winked at the man. This content © Nôv/elDr(a)m/a.Org.
“Two-zero,” she mumbled.
The elevator door closes then Harken moves in a daze. He stands up straight and jumps slightly. Harken shuddered and thought of the woman just leaving the elevator. He has only seen her twice, but he has also knelt twice.
When he saw the keycard, he was irritated because it was evident that the girl was staying at Zach’s older brother’s penthouse.
“Harken, what do you care if she’s staying there? Are you jealous?” amendment of his mind.
“We will meet again. My little monkey witch and your kicking will no longer work for me when we meet. Tsk, we’ll be two vs. one.” Harken chuckled at the thought.
He was unaware that the elevator in the lobby had opened. His forehead immediately furrowed when he noticed the two couples entering the hall. Enzo and Katarina Smith.
He met Katarina Smith through Zach’s girlfriend, Claudel, when Claudel takes Katarina to his father Ken’s birthday party. He was aware that the two women were models with the same agency.
Harken chooses not to show up Enzo. Knowing what Enzo would think, he checked in and was accompanied by a woman. He came out of his hiding place to make sure they were gone.
He quickly bought the family’s necessities in San Rafael, and he had no idea that his father knew anyone in San Rafael. He carried the shopping bag with both hands back to the hotel. When he saw the woman being helped by her father, he didn’t like that he was close to his father.
“Jazz!” Harken called to the woman who had just come out of the elevator.
Jazz frowned as she looked around. “S-sir,” she stammered back. Harken heard something else, but he didn’t understand what it was.
“Here, take it.” He gave the paper bag to Jazz.
“Thank-”
Jazz couldn’t finish what he was about to say because Harken raised one hand. “Don’t say that; it wasn’t me; I do this for my father,” he said sarcastically, turning away from the woman.
As Harken walked into the parking lot, he could no longer see Jazz’s frown as his gaze followed him.
