Chapter 726 Alice Returned Home (Part Three)

Alice said to herself, 'Violet, I wish you to get back what you've lost and live happily in the future."

Finally, Violet nodded her head in agreement with Alice.

Greg had a strange feeling when he saw that Violet hesitated and then agreed on Alice's suggestion.

He had also tried to help Violet out in the past. But when he saw that she was unwilling, he didn't force

her anymore. He only wanted her to do whatever she wanted to do and spoil her. But just now, due to

Alice's insistence, Violet agreed to hold a wedding. He knew that he should try his best to make her the

most beautiful bride. He agreed to hold a great wedding, attracting utmost attention.

Amy said,"I'm really happy that my two daughters are so good to each other." Her eyes were filled with

tears.

Alice replied,"Mom, I won't leave you anymore. I'll stay home with you and Dad forever." She knew her

mother well. She was the only child of her parents and they must miss her very much when she studied

abroad all those years.

Violet also promised,"Me too. Aunt Amy, whenever I have spare time, I'll visit you with Greg and have a

meal with you. Don't send us away when we do come over."

Amy quickly said,"Are you kidding? Of course I won't. I'll cook delicious food for you when you come."

These young people made her happy whenever they came over.

Derek also smiled and said,"Alice, before you came back today, I've actually already talked to your

Uncle Mond and we've planned to hold a big party to welcome you and Joe after you two come back.

And I wasn't expecting that you would suggest holding a party yourself. So I guess I have to do as you

said."

"Daddy, Joe has no plan to come back. You know that nobody know what he is thinking. So I couldn't

wait for him anymore. I want to hold party with Violet. In my heart, Violet is much more important than

Joe." As Alice said so, she turned to Violet and both of them smiled happily.

Derek replied,"Okay, okay. I'll do whatever you want and I'll hold a special party for you two." He was

concerned about his two daughters and he felt that he should do something for his daughters. Thus, he

decided to hold a prefect party for the two.

Alice happily replied,"Thank you, Daddy."

Violet also said,"Thank you, Uncle Derek."

Amy replied,"Okay, okay. Let's eat now. Or the dishes will get cold."

Violet said,"Alice, have more of this. It's really good." As she said so, she put more food on Alice's

plate.

Alice saw that the dishes Violet put on her plate were all her favorites. "Violet, you still remember my

favorite food!" She was quite moved.

Violet replied,"Of course, I will never forget!"

Amy said,"Greg, you should also eat more. Every time my two daughters meet, they ignore other

people around them and only look at each other." Then she put some more dishes on Greg's plate.

Greg politely replied,"Okay, thank you, Auntie."

Derek also smiled and said,"Greg, you have also been Alice's classmate when you were kids. You

should know how close they really are. Don't blame Violet for that. When they get together, even I get

ignored."

Greg said,"Yes, I've known that since we were young. When they got together, the outside world no

longer existed for them."

Alice asked on purpose,"Greg, are you jealous? You must be jealous now!"

Greg just chuckled and tried to change the topic. He pointed at the dishes on the table and said,"It

seems that none of these dishes taste sour."

Alice said,"Greg, you..." She was a little spoiled and with Greg joking back, she had nothing to reply

and felt quite upset and uncomfortable.

Violet just laughed and said nothing.

Alice said on purpose,"Violet, help me here, please!" Alice actually understood that Violet couldn't help

either. She was Violet's best friend and Greg was Violet's husband who slept in the same bed with her.

In such situation, whom should she help?

Greg felt that he would win and he didn't even look at Alice, saying,"She is my wife. Who do you think

she would help, you or me?"

Alice said,"Greg, how could you treat me like this?"

Greg lightly replied,"You can just find a guy to protect you and then we could argue again."

Derek and Amy laughed happily. They were happy to see that the three were joking with each other,

sometimes happy and sometimes pretending to be angry.

"Greg, are you picking on me because I don't have boyfriend?" Alice kept glaring at Greg and it

seemed that she wanted to kill him by glaring at him.

Violet suddenly asked.

Before Alice could reply, Greg turned to Derek and suggested,"Uncle Derek, I think you should find

someone whom you can arrange a marriage for Alice, tomorrow. Remember to find her a bossy type of

guy, so that he could deal with Alice."

Derek just smiled and replied nothing, because he was afraid that his daughter might get mad at him.

But actually he thought exactly the same as Greg. His daughter was now ready as an adult. She could

now get married and have a baby, give him a grandchild and generally be happier.

"Ohhh I see. So, Greg and Violet, you two are ganging up on me?" Alice seemed to realize the

situation just now.

Violet carefully said,"Alice, no, we're not ganging up on you."

Alice didn't see any other way around it, so she had to say,"Well, tonight Greg must sleep in guest

room and Violet, you belong to me tonight."

Greg said with his mouth full of food,"I've been ready to sleep in the guest room so you can threaten

me with this all you want."

"Oh! You... I'm gonna go crazy," Alice said.
