Chapter 842 I Will Make You A Real Woman (Part One)

Chapter 842 I Will Make You A Real Woman (Part One)

"Mary Han, you know that you have to pay for my mother's medical fees. But..." Aria said with a

resolute?expression and then continued, "you also owe her an apology." Aria tried to remain calm. The

thought of her mother in the hospital suffering because of Mary Han made her cry, but this time she

wouldn't let this bitch see her tears. She had to be seen as tough, otherwise, this rich girl would take

advantage of her weakness. All Aria wanted, more than money, was for Mary to acknowledge that what

she did was wrong.

"Apology?" Mary asked, as if she didn't hear well what Aria said. She was a well-bred lady from an

influential family and she wouldn't allow this poor girl to embarrass her in front of her date. She sneered

at Aria, "Why would I apologize to your mother?"

Mary was itching to shout at Aria but she was determined to impress Lawrence and kept her cool. If

only Lawrence wasn't around, she would have smacked Aria on the face right there and then. Mary

was imagining what she could have done to Aria hadn't her rich future boyfriend was around. But then

again, Mary had to remain calm for the time being and be a polite and kind woman she wanted

Lawrence to see.

Aria also noticed it and she didn't expect Mary to be this calm and resisted in shouting at her. It was

unbelievable. It seemed that she really wanted to be well-behaved in front of the man named

Lawrence. 'Hum, since you want to hide your true color from this man here, I will have the liberty to

reveal who you really are.' Aria thought. Text © 2024 NôvelDrama.Org.

She pushed Mary away to the side and started walking towards Lawrence. She didn't know who this

Lawrence guy was but she would show him what kind of a monster Mary Han was.

Aria's gesture was so strong that Mary was pushed back to the wall. Mary almost lost her balance.

Ignoring Mary, Aria was now standing in front of Lawrence, looked straight to his cold eyes and told

him, "Lawrence, let me tell you what kind of person you're dating. My mother is a cleaner in a shopping

mall. She's been there for more than 10 years already. Two weeks ago, Mary went shopping there and

she slipped on the floor that my mother just cleaned and she broke her heels. It was actually her fault,

but she put the blame on my mother and pushed my mother down from the stairs. My mother suffered

serious injuries because of that fall and must be taken to the hospital. Later, she used her family's

influence to ask the shopping mall to fire my mother and deduct her one-month wage to make

compensation for her shoes. Now my mother is lying in the hospital and we can't afford the medical

fees."

Aria was on the verge of crying. Her eyes were starting to fill up but she controlled it. She couldn't let

these rich people see her cry and mock her. She continued to tell Lawrence about Mary's bad behavior.

"I went to her home to ask her to apologize and pay for my mother's medical bills, but guess what she

did. She called her securities and I was dragged out of her home. You might want to rethink about

marrying this monster. She's a wolf in a sheep's clothing. She will ruin you and your family!"

Hearing what Aria had told Lawrence about everything, Mary was flustered. Her mind was not in the

right state and she couldn't think right. She didn't know what to do anymore.

She had to stop Aria and convinced Lawrence about her. She was sure that Lawrence would not listen

to a poor girl. She took his arm and pleaded with emotion, "Lawrence, don't listen to her nonsense!

What she said was not true and the fact is that her mother bullied me and hit me first and I..."

Aria couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was speechless by how Mary called her a liar and put

the blame on her mother in front of a stranger. Mary kept on telling lies to Lawrence about the incident

and Aria could not longer hear clearly. Her mind was with her mother who was suffering because of this

entitled bitch and all she could do was stand there. Aria snapped back into reality and could no longer

take the insults anymore. She grabbed Mary's shoulders to face her and said, "You! What are you

talking about? You know the truth! My mother is a weak old woman and she wouldn't lay a finger on

you!" Aria was mad. She was angry at Mary's lies but angrier at the reality that rich people could put

the poor people down. However, Mary continued to insult her mother.

"Why couldn't she? You and your mother are just jealous of me! She was hostile to the rich and she

hated the rich's happy life! I know you poor people are always like this and you are all like green-eyed

monsters. You want our life but you couldn't have it so all you could do was to hurt us." Mary was

eloquent. She could make her story sound real and make people believe. If Aria hadn't known the truth,

she would probably believe every word that Mary said.

"Mary Han, you..." Aria gagged?on?her?anger. She wanted to slap Mary real hard but didn't dare. Mary

wouldn't be able to fight back Aria but this man, Aria had no idea what this man could do. He might

snap back at her if she ever hit Mary. She controlled her anger and looked away from Mary and closed

her eyes. Her tears were starting to show and there was no way she could stop them.

At that time, Lawrence was able to break from Mary's grip. He had a good look on Mary's face and saw

her heavy make up already loosening because of the heat in the room. He was already disgusted by

the smell of her perfume, but became more disgusted by the thought of her bad manners.

"I have no time for this nonsense and I wish not to get involved in this! Now get out of my sight!"

Lawrence said to Mary passively, as if giving an order. His voice was cold and his face showed no

expression.

"Lawrence, please," Mary pleaded, trying to get his pardon. This date was very important to Mary. She

needed to win Lawrence's favor so she could have a chance at him. Mary had prepared for this very

moment and she wouldn't let anyone ruin it. This might be the last time she would see Lawrence if she

couldn't redeem herself.

Seeing that Mary had no intention to leave, Lawrence decided that he would be the one to leave. He

picked up the room card from the table and went straight for the door. He saw Aria on the way, silently

crying. He knew that he couldn't leave her here with Mary. Who knows what Mary Han could do once

he's gone from the room. Without too much thinking, he grabbed her arms and forced her out with him.

They left and he closed the door behind him.
