Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)

Chapter 3536 Useless!

Shaun's expression darkened, his face twisting with frustration as he released his grip on the trembling subordinate. Narrowing his eyes, a hint of seriousness crept into his gaze. "Tell me everything that happened-every detail. Leave nothing out."

"Yes, Boss!"

The subordinate, drenched in cold sweat, hurriedly recounted the events of Matthew's fight with Deathcarver.

As he listened, Shaun's frown deepened. I knew it. Larden isn't as simple as he appears to be. Looks like I'll have to make a more thorough preparation.

It seemed Matteo Larden was far more dangerous than he had initially appeared. Clearly, more thorough preparation was needed.

"Alright, you can go.

"As for Deathcarver-there's no need to kill a stray dog with broken blades. Send Malrik in."

Relieved to escape the room with his life, the subordinate bowed and quickly exited.

Moments later, a man dressed in casual attire stepped inside.

"Boss, you wanted to see me?"

Shaun's gaze settled on him with a weighted intensity. "Malrik, who's Larden's next opponent?"

Malrik paused, briefly recalling the current third-tier matchups before responding. "At this point, the only one eligible to face Matteo tomorrow is Bloodhand Butcher."

Bloodhand Butcher-one of the Death Arena's most feared third-tier fighters on the Carnage Cruise. His signature move involved plunging his hand into a defeated opponent's body and slowly crushing their internal organs until nothing remained intact. His hands always emerged drenched in blood, earning him his notorious title.

Shaun mulled this over, then

reached into his coat and retrieved a small wax sealed pellet. Holding it between his fingers, he handed it to Malrik "Deliver this to Bloodhand Butcher. Tell him that if he kills Matteo Larden, I'll grant him one request-anything he desires."

The moment Malrik saw the pellet, his expression changed sharply.

"Boss... we spent a fortune to acquire this from within the syndicate. As far as I know, Dominic Romero also has one of these. If we use ours so easily... won't there be trouble when we return to Ore Island?"

"Ore Island is nothing to worry about," Shaun said, his lips curling into a confident smile, which then turned somewhat sinister. "I've just received word that headquarters is sending an Inspector General to the West Montiria Islands.

"The Inspector General has the authority to act without prior approval even to execute traitors on the spot. I'm confident I can bring that inspector to my side. And once that happens, whether Dominic Romero is scheming or not won't matter. The only question will be whether we want him to be seen as

a traitor."

Malrik's eyes lit up with sudden understanding. Grinning, he nodded. "Got it, Boss.

I'll handle it right away!"

"Hold on-what's the rush?" Shaun

waved him back before he could

leave. "First, head down to the bar on

the third floor. Tell the bartender

sent you. Have him add a little 'seasoning' to Matteo's next meal. It'll enhance the flavor-guaranteed to make the food taste even better."

Pulling a small porcelain bottle from his coat, Shaun handed it to Malrik with a smile that didn't reach his eyes.

Realization dawned on Malrik's face. "Got it. I'll make sure he... enjoys his meal."

As Malrik disappeared through the doorway, Shaun's smile twisted into something darker—cruel, calculating, and full of malice.

The poison had been carefully extracted from the deadliest toxins of the West Montiria Islands. It was colorless, tasteless, and dissolved instantly in liquid. Even the tiniest trace was enough to cause instant, violent death.

And Malrik would be dumping the entire bottle into Matteo's meal.

"No matter how extraordinary you are, Matteo Larden-you're still going to die."noveldrama
