Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)

Chapter 3541 Ready to Leave

Matthew tossed Shaun off the ring without a second glance-the frenzied gamblers with bloodshot eyes would soon come after him.

After addressing the kneeling members of the Viper Crew with a brief command, he turned and headed toward the elevator.

The Viper Crew members exchanged uncertain glances.

In the end, Malrik stood up and turned to them. "What are you all standing around for? Didn't you hear what Mr. Larden said?"

Before Shaun had been defeated, Malrik had been his most loyal subordinate. Now that Matthew had beaten Shaun, his allegiance naturally shifted to Matthew. It was a mindset essential for survival in this chaotic place.

Up in the stands, Garrett's smile, born from his recent gambling win, vanished without a trace. His gaze turned cold as he watched Matthew and the Viper Crew members leave.

"When did Matteo become the leader of the Viper Crew? Why didn't I know anything about it?"

"No idea," Lenny replied with a shake of his head.

When Matthew had traveled to Ore Island, they hadn't bothered to gather any information. In hindsight, that must have been when it happened.

"Let's head back," Garrett suggested in a low voice before striding toward the elevator.noveldrama

The thought of recruiting Matthew as a subordinate had now completely vanished. After all, the man was already the acknowledged leader of the Viper Crew on Ore Island. There was no reason for him to follow anyone else.

On the third floor, behind the bar, the bartender's eyes widened when he saw the crowd trailing behind

Matthew Quickly, he lowered his et

head, not daring to meet Matthew's gaze. The guilt of poisoning Matthew's meal the previous night weighed heavily on him.

Matthew, however, paid him no mind, only turning to the Viper Crew members when he stopped at the door of his room. "Those in charge, come in," he

commanded. "The rest of you, wait outside."

With that, several men followed Malrik into the room.

"Mr. Larden, I used to handle the crew's day-to-day affairs. Everyone calls me Malrik," the man said with a grin as he stepped forward.

Matthew nodded and asked, "How many Viper Crew members are currently stationed on the Carnage Cruise?"

Malrik hesitated briefly before responding, "We've got over a thousand men on board. Shaun brought all of the crew's forces from Ore Island onto the ship. You could say he practically abandoned the island."

Matthew nodded slightly. "How do you handle food and supplies for that many people?"

"Shaun somehow got his hands on a large sum of money, but he wouldn't let anyone ask questions about it. Anyone who did ended up dead, so we never found out where the money came from," Malrik replied, sharing everything he knew.

Matthew inclined his head

In

thoughtfully. "Since Shaun's dead, there's no longer reason to stay on the Carnage Cruise. Spread the word have everyone pack up and get ready to return to Ore Island. Anyone who doesn't want to come back can leave the crew, but make sure they get some money to see them off."

There was no longer any need for Matthew to remain on the ship. As for who controlled the vessel, he couldn't care less. His primary goal in the West Montiria Islands was to investigate the Marine Corps missing supplies. The longer he delayed, the greater the fisk of losing the shipment.

"Yes, sir!" Malrik and the other leaders quickly left the room.

They'd been itching to leave the ship for a long time. Ore Island was a far better place-fresh air, warm sunlight... Unlike life on the Carnage Cruise, where they couldn't even step onto the deck. It had been downright suffocating!
