Marry My Ex’s Uncle After Rebirth by Agatha Barney

Chapter 226

Vincent finally accompanied Olivia to the hospital.

Jerry was perplexed upon seeing Olivia. He summoned Vincent while Olivia was attending to her wounds.

As a good friend for over ten years, he asked directly, “What’s going on between you and Olivia? How about Stephanie?”

Vincent didn’t want others to know or participate in this matter. After all, Sable was an extremely dangerous person.

He smiled angrily, “As you can see, I fell in love with Olivia. Stephanie, I’m tired of her.”

Jerry didn’t expect that he would get such a reply, “Fuck! Vincent, are you crazy? Olivia poisoned Christina in the first place. Would you like such a cruel woman? Stephanie is smart, beautiful, and kind. Everyone knows how to choose. Are you stupid?”

Vincent shrugged it off and took out a cigarette from his pack, lighting it. He puffed profoundly and blew a smoke ring towards Jerry, “Jerry, if you like Stephanie, go after her!”

“Fuck you!” Jerry didn’t understand why Vincent became like this but was furious, “Are you insulting me or belittling Stephanie? You are really bringing misfortune upon yourself by your own actions.”

Vincent chuckled, “Whatever you say! By the way, please write me an ultrasound report for a six–week pregnancy later.”

“Go away! Don’t come to my hospital in the future!”

After saying that, Jerry left without looking back.

A trace of bitterness flashed across Vincent’s eyes, and his fingertips trembled.

Jerry disagreed with doing it, but Vincent could always find a way to get the ultrasound report.

He posted the checklist on the official website of the Fletcher Group. At first, everyone congratulated Vincent for becoming a father and Stephanie for being a mother.

However, they were instantly uneasy when netizens saw that the checker was Olivia.

Vincent was labeled as a jerk, while Olivia was labeled as a bitch.

Olivia was so angry that she had a headache. She put her phone in front of Vincent and asked, “What do you mean? All the netizens are scolding me!”

Glancing at the phone beside him, Vincent snapped, “This way, I and Stephanie can finalize the divorce quickly. Isn’t that what you and Sable desired? And besides, you’ve already lost all shame. Do you still care about being labeled a slut?”

Olivia used to be a movie queen and a superstar, but now she was reduced to a bitch who everyone yelled at. She couldn’t accept it for a while.

“Vincent, did you do it on purpose?”

Vincent glanced at her and said, “What difference does it make, whether on purpose or not? Your reputation was ruined long ago when you poisoned Christie!”

Olivia snorted, “My reputation is bad. So are you!”

Vincent sneered, “I don’t care at all.”

At this time, Vincent’s phone was vibrating. It was Kevin.

He picked it up, and an–angry voice came from the other end, “Bastard, get your ass back here now!”

Vincent glanced at Olivia, saying, “Go to the Fletcher residence with me later.”

Olivia hadn’t seen the Fletcher family for a long time and didn’t expect they would meet like this.

Kevin, Ellen, Frederick, Edith, and Christina sat on the sofa.

Although they had done some psychological preparation upon seeing the photos on the internet, everyone was infuriated when they witnessed Olivia walking in with her arm intertwined with Vincent’s, their closeness leaving no room for doubt.

Kevin suddenly stood up, grabbed the teacup on the table, and threw it at him.

But it was missed that he didn’t have enough aim.

“Sin! What a sin!”

Ellen also looked terrible. She approached Vincent and Olivia and raised her hand to slap Vincent.

When Olivia was about to say something, she was slapped violently.

Vincent pulled Olivia behind him and said, “Mom, what will you do? Olivia is pregnant.”

Ellen was so angry that she fell on her back, and Frederick and Edith rushed forward to help her.

Frederick glared at Vincent. “Vincent, what are you doing? Olivia is an ungrateful woman. She poisoned Christie. Why are you with her?”

Vincent chuckled, “Under whose instructions do you think Olivia did this?”

Frederick frowned, “What do you mean?”

Edith’s eyes widened in surprise, “You ordered it? We never quarrel with each other. Why do you have to do that? Besides, Christie is just a child!”

Vincent sneered, “In the face of interests, family ties pale in comparison. I’m informing you that Olivia and I will be together, and I’ll be filing for divorce from Stephanie. From now on, prevent Stephanie from coming here. Olivia won’t be happy if she finds out that Stephanie’s been here after we return.

Then he left with Olivia.

Getting into the car, Olivia began complaining, “I didn’t expect to be slapped by that old woman. If you don’t stop me, I will fight back!”

Vincent looked at her indifferently and said, “I will break your hand! I think Sable doesn’t care about your life or death.”

Olivia remained noncommittal. She was just a pawn to control Vincent.

There were plenty of pawns like her. If not her, it would’ve been someone else.

She was chosen because she had once stayed in the Fletcher residence. They would be more irritated at the Fletcher family if she stayed with Vincent.

Vincent drove back to the Tranquil Carden.

Everyone was shocked when Olivia appeared in front of the crowd as a hostess.

Vincent glared at her and said, “Don’t really think you are the boss. You are just showing it to outsiders.

Olivia gritted her teeth angrily. She aimed to control Vincent, yet unexpectedly, she fell under his control.

Vincent went back to the bedroom. Olivia wanted to go in, but she was stopped at the door.

“I’ve asked the housekeeper to arrange a bedroom for you. Don’t push your luck! Don’t touch a single thing in Stephanie’s room or anywhere else, or I’ll cut off your hand.”

Olivia stamped her feet in anger and left quickly.

Vincent closed the door and took a long breath. He walked to the bed and saw that it was empty.

He lay on the bed, embracing the pillow that still carried the lingering scent of Stephanie, and said in a depressed voice, “Stephie…”

*****At this moment, Stephanie didn’t know everything. She was sitting in front of the French window in the living room.

Because the lights were not on, all the dim light came from outside.

The scene of Vincent kissing Olivia flashed in her mind repeatedly. She felt terrible.

It hurt so much that it made breathing difficult for her.

Sable wanted to return her to the Jimenez residence, but she didn’t like it and insisted on returning to this apartment.

She probably just wanted to numb herself with her sweet memories and tell herself what had happened was untrue. Vincent had a reason.

However, when she was about to numb herself, she saw Olivia’s pregnancy report.

She felt like her world was falling apart.

“Why did this happen?” Stephanie thought.

Vincent was with Olivia when she worked at the research institute to develop the antidote. Belongs © to NôvelDrama.Org.

She was a joke!

She covered her face with both hands, and tears overflowed between her fingers.

With a beep, the combination lock at the door was opened, and a figure walked in.
