Mated To My Childhood Bully

Rejection Or Death

Axel was behind the wheels of his car, driving to Rex’s home when his phone rang. He was going to ignore the call but seeing that the call was from his father, he brought the car to a halt and picked the phone up.

He breathed in and out heavily, calming himself down before eventually picking up the call.

“Good morning, father” he greeted. This text is property of Nô/velD/rama.Org.

“Come see me, right now.” The voice of his father did not hold any sort of pleasantness in it.

It made Axel stiffen for a second. The call ended before he could ask his father what was going on.

He bit hard on his lips and dropped the phone back to the other seat, his mind scanning the reason for his father’s unpleasant tone.

There was only one reason that he could think of and that was that Rex had gone to see his father already.

He growled and slammed his fist against the wheels before turning the car around and driving back towards the mansion of his father.

He arrived there in no time and stepped out of the car with his phone in his hand. He walked into the mansion, his face squeezed into a frown that made him look unapproachable to the others.

He headed for his father’s room immediately and pushed the door open to find his father and Rex in the room.

His anger boiled once more and even though losing his temper in front of his father was something he never wanted to do, he could not help it.

He let his phone slip out of his hands to the floor as he rushed towards Rex.

He grabbed him by the collar and punched him down hard making Rex fall to the floor. Before Rex could get up or regain himself, Axel had picked him up himself.

His anger kicked his wolf strength in, he held up his elder brother with one hand and punched him again with the other hand before throwing him off into their father’s table, making the table fall into pieces.

“Axel! What’s wrong with you?!” The Alpha yelled out as the red continued to blare in the eyes of his son.

“Stay away from my woman! Next time you get close to her, I will kill you!” He threatened as Rex stood up from the broken table with groans.

“Do you realize that I am in front of you, Axel?!”

“I am sorry, father but your son dared to touch my woman!” Axel replied.

“Dared to touch your woman? And who is your woman?” The Alpha asked.

“Hazel is my woman. Everyone in the pack has known that fact since years ago” Axel replied.

“Rex, give us some privacy” the Alpha demanded.

“Yes, father” he groaned, glared at Axel who looked back at him threateningly with a look that told Rex that Axel was not done yet.

Rex left the room, leaving only the Alpha and Axel in the room.

“Axel”

“Father”

“Is it true that Hazel is not one of us? Is it true that Hazel is from the white wolf pack?” The Alpha questioned and Axel bit and chewed on the insides of his mouth for a few seconds.

How much his hatred for Rex heightened with every second.

“She is from the white wolf pack but she is one of us. Hazel has been with us for all of her life, there is no such talk about her not being one of us”

“A dark wolf is a dark wolf and a white wolf is a white wolf, Axel! If she is from the white wolf pack, then she is not one of us”

“She is” Axel replied stubbornly.

“If she is not one of us, I do not think she would have been mated to me. She is my mate, she is a part of me like she had always been”

The Alpha scoffed and walked a few steps away before approaching Axel.

“For how long did you plan to hide her wolf side from the others?” He questioned.

“Until I find a way to hide it permanently”

“There is no way to hide the fact that she is not one of us! There is no way!” The Alpha raised his voice.

“Then I will make everyone accept her as my Luna and if they do not accept her, I will still keep her by my side!” The determination in his voice did not crumble for a single second.

“Listen to me, Axel. Wolves from our packs will never accept someone like Hazel. They will never accept someone from the white wolf pack to become their Luna.”

“Hazel is definitely a weak wolf too. How do you plan on leading the pack with a weak Luna by your side? Are you even thinking about all of this?” His father continued to speak.

“Wolves from the white wolf pack are weaker, they are hated. Once Hazel is found out to be your mate, the others would never accept you as their leader”

Axel knew that his father was saying the truth.

“What do you want me to do?” Axel asked, going straight to the point.

“You cannot be with Hazel. Her existence as your mate would forever trouble your goal of becoming the Alpha and the supreme Alpha King in the future. You cannot let Hazel ruin the dreams you have been having for so long…”

“What do you want me to do?” Axel repeated his question.

“I want you to get rid of the problem”

Axel’s brows arched and knitted closely.

“Get rid of Hazel?” His words dropped one after the other.

“That is right. You have to get rid of her. I am sure you will find another mate, one strong and powerful that would be able to help you to the position that you seek to get to. Someone like Clarissa would be great, she is from our pack, she is loved, she has a strong wolf and her father is the current beta…”

“How in the world do you expect me to get rid of Hazel?!” He cut his father off, his voice turning louder and harsh.

The Alpha’s eyes widened. Axel never raised his voice at him but he was doing so because of a white wolf but then he also understood how much Hazel meant to Axel.

“I understand you, Axel. After all, Hazel has always been the one you have your eyes on but there is something greater, the position of the Alpha King.”

“The glory, the honor that comes with it. A white wolf’s life is nothing compared to all of that. If you cannot do it yourself, I will do it, I will get rid of her and….”

“Do not do so! You are not allowed to touch her, father.”

“No one is allowed to touch a hair on her body” he warned and turned to leave.

“Axel!”

He halted.

“If you do not get rid of her yourself in three days, I will do it myself. You might be a true Alpha wolf but I am still the Alpha of this pack and killing Hazel would be a piece of cake no matter how much you try to protect her!”

“Father!”

“Do you really have to do this? Hazel has always been like family to you!”

“Family?” The Alpha scoffed.

“You do not have any idea how much sacrifice it takes to get power, Axel. A white wolf is the tiniest sacrifice you can make.”

“I will never make that sacrifice”

The Alpha sighed heavily, shut his eyes tight and gritted his teeth for a moment before opening his eyes.

“Fine!” He huffed.

“I will reconsider keeping her alive but you must reject her as your mate. That is the only other option I am giving to you, Axel. Reject her and find another Luna or have me get her killed.”
