Chapter 284 She Was Attacked
Tiffany was never a pushover.
She had borne it all these years for two reasons. One was that she had been intimidated by Old Mr.
Farrell. The other was that she had always felt that her status in the Farrells would not be shaken as This belongs © NôvelDra/ma.Org.
long as Hank was around.
For example, a while ago, she blamed everything on Helen to protect Hank.
One could imagine how important Hank was to her.
It sounded ridiculous. Even in this age, they were fighting for power and money like crazy.
Lance told Faye mockingly about what had happened at the Farrells house on the phone.
Faye was driving calmly, "The trap for the Farrells is all set."
Lance became serious, "Don't worry. It's a tight plan."
Faye said, "If there are still mistakes after I've planned so many years, then how stupid I must be."
Lance said, "When are you going to do it?"
Faye said softly, "When the spring flowers bloom after the New Year."
Hearing Faye's words, Lance sighed, "I can't wait to see it."
Faye turned the steering wheel and drove into a lane. She was silent for a moment, and asked, "Will
Colin be sad if the Farrell family is ruined?"
Hearing Faye's words, Lance was stunned for a while and then replied, "No, probably not. He's been
sabotaging the Farrells over the years."
Faye said, "Right."
Lance said, "You are now doing it for real, right? Since you are husband and wife now, why don't you
sit down and talk about it frankly? If he's sad, you can spare his life and leave him a way out."
Lance was joking. Faye smiled, "Do you think the Farrells are animals?"
Lance teased, "They're worse than animals."
Faye was too relaxed chatting with Lance to notice that a black Volkswagen had been following her all
the way.
By the time she noticed it, the Volkswagen quickly approached her, hitting the rear of her car like crazy.
Faye frowned and turned the steering wheel to dodge it.
In the end, the huge inertia caused Faye's car to hit the wall of an old community on the side of the
road.
Faye's car had good safety performance. After such a big crash, Faye was unharmed in the car.
Lance heard the noise and asked anxiously, "Faye, what's happening?"
Faye looked sideways out of the car window and saw a man wearing a black mask in the broken
rearview mirror.
As the man approached, Faye saw his outline clearly and said, "I'm being followed."
Lance asked, "Where are you?"
Faye said, "Jonah Street, on my way back to Fennth Community."
Lance said, "I happen to be nearby. Don't get out of the car."
Faye didn't respond. She looked at Ralph who was staring at her outside the car and hung up.
Ralph was wearing a short black down jacket with a dark red hoodie inside. The hoodie cap covered
his head, and he was wearing a mask. To be honest, it was hard to identify him if he didn't approach.
Ralph and Faye looked at each other through the car window. There was a triumphant smile in his
eyes.
After a short while, probably because he knew Faye was going to die today, he took off his mask and
knocked on Faye's car window, "Ms. Nash, let's talk."
Faye squinted at Ralph and put her phone aside. She pushed the door open and got out of the car.
Ralph hadn't expected Faye to get out of the car so quickly. He was stunned for a while and then
sneered, "You're not afraid of death."
Faye said, "You are not afraid of death. Why would I be afraid?"
Ralph looked Faye up and down, took two steps forward, and said, "Well, if you are raped or your
beautiful face is ruined, will Mr. Farrell still be so obsessed with you?"
As Ralph spoke, he deliberately leaned closer to Faye.
Faye didn't dodge and said coldly, "You can try."
Ralph said, "Faye, you're not afraid at all?"
Faye said calmly, "Ralph, I've seen a lot of people asking for trouble."
Ralph said, "What?"
Faye said, "But you're the most active one."
Ralph's anger, which had been building up for a day, exploded at this moment.
A woman who didn't take him seriously under such circumstances made him feel unprecedentedly
humiliated.
Ralph's face changed suddenly, and he grabbed at Faye's neck.
A sharp look flashed in Faye's eyes. She titled to avoid him and grabbed his wrist. Before he could
react, she threw him over her shoulder and slammed him to the ground hard.
Ralph hadn't expected Faye to counteract him. His head hurt badly when it hit the concrete road.
Faye squatted down to look at him. She patted his cheek and said with cold eyes, "Do you think I'm just
another fragile girl in the circle?"
Ralph struggled to get up when someone suddenly showed up and stepped on his chest.
The comer wore a pair of white sneakers. Faye looked up and said, "You're so late."
