Audrey thought it might be a business event, but then she heard Alistair say, "I plan to take my parents to meet yours today for a formal introduction."

Upon hearing this, Audrey's hand suddenly stopped picking out clothes for Alistair. She looked slightly surprised. She raised an eyebrow and asked, "What's the sudden rush?"

Alistair patiently replied, "My parents suggested the formal meeting. We got married too quickly, without your parents' approval. Now that my parents are here, we must follow the proper formalities."

Most importantly, Alistair couldn't let Audrey's parents think he didn't appreciate Audrey.

Hearing that Alistair's parents wanted to arrange the meeting, Audrey felt deeply moved.
