Hallucination Part II
Because of the sudden appearance of Rozzean’s images, I hurriedly worked in the kitchen so I could not meet him if he gets down to eat his breakfast. I think I need to divert my attention to other place becuase ny annoying imagination of Rozzean didn’t just disturb me twice, but four times.
“Oh, so you’re done cooking,” Manang said.
“Y-Yes, I’ll wash these cups too, Manang,” I told her.
“Oh, I’ll do that. You can go to the pool. There are a lot of leaves there blown by the wind; you can remove them just in case Sir decides to swim there.”
I nodded and didn’t say anything else. This was good. I could leave the kitchen. My area would change, and maybe that annoying imagination of Rozzean wouldn’t bother me anymore. I was getting annoyed too. Why is this happening to me? It wasn’t part of my plan! that damn wet dream!
“I’ll just occupy myself with cleaning. I’m sure if I keep myself busy, that ass won’t come out again.”
I took the net and started cleaning the pool. I picked up leaves around it. I cleaned the tiles and watered the plants around the pool. I didn’t immediately go back inside the house. The next thing I cleaned was the gazebo.
I also fed the goldfish and removed dry leaves from the plants there. I shook the throw pillows and arranged the sofa. I wiped the tables and chairs. Sweats running down my face, on my neck and I even felt it on my back but I kept myself busy.
“Good thing that even if we are rich, my parents taught us how to clean the house and cook.”
That’s what I love about them too. They raised us well, although I don’t approve on how they want us to settle. Especially Dad, he’s forcing me the reason why I am here in Rozzean’s house. This is a crazy plan but I don’t have a choice, I don’t want to get married.
I really kept myself busy to prevent that fake Rozzean from reappearing. I was thinking about my dream too much earlier, and now he was suddenly showing up.
“That guy. I think he’s trying to make me fall for him so I’ll leave his house. Did he find out about me? But that’s impossible because most of my father’s business partners thought his children are all men and she doesn’t have a daughter. I don’t attend social gatherings of Dad and I don’t have any photos on social media either. The last thing I confirmed from him is that Rozzean hasn’t seen a single picture of me.”
I nodded to myself while in deep thoughts. I’m certain he won’t recognize me, and my disguise has truly made me look like a different person.
Also Thes said that cleaning and cooking is an advantage to my plan because as a billionaire’s daughter people will expect that I am cared well and don’t do house chores. Of course they will think that I am treated like a princess. Who would think that I am picking dirt in this house too? cleaning bathrooms? I am a Dela Vezca.
But then Rozzean’s image crossed my mind. His face, and I even heard his concerned voice when he said that I should stop crying because of Manang. My heart suddenly clenche, it’s beating became fast that made me swallowed hard.
“It looks like you’re in danger, Tangi,” I said to myself while sitting and watching the fish.
“Tali.”
When I heard that voice at my back, I breathed deeply. It took me a few seconds before I turned to face my hallucination again. Rozzean had a serious look on his face, staring at me. I stood up and approached him.
Oh, it seemed like this was the real Rozzean.
“Sir, do you need something?” I asked with a smile. But that smile quickly faded when Rozzean closed the distance between us and held me on my waist.
“W-What–”
“Let’s go to your room. Let’s continue what we did last night… I want to hear your moan again, how you whimper in pleasure, Tali…”
I gasped when he said that and he smiled at me seductively. My lips parted. I shook my head as he disappeared again.
“Aaaaahh!! It’s annoying! Leave me alone, please! I don’t want this!” I shouted as I ran inside the house. Would my imagination never stop bothering me? What’s happening to me?!
I went straight to the kitchen. I washed my face again with cold water this time. Then I opened the fridge and took a bottle of water. I was still catching my breath from running. I glanced at the clock; it was already ten in the morning. I didn’t realize I had been outside for so long.
“Thaliana, f-focus, okay? You need to focus. You can’t be like this all day-”
“Tali, can you give me water?”
I closed my eyes tightly. I bit my upper lip before I looked back at the fake Rozzean. He was staring at me. This time, I will not be fooled!
“Why?” he asked, eyebrows furrowed.
“Are you really not going to leave me alone?!” I shouted, I was so mad. Rozzean tilted his head and crossed his arms.
What is he gonna do this time?! he can’t fool me!
“What?! why are you staring at me like that, huh?!” I asked with an annoyed tone. I clenched my fists out of a mixture of frustration and fatigue from all I had done to try to get him out of my mind. I am fckng tired from all the cleaning I did outside! for pete sake let me take a rest without him!
“You’ve been like this for a while, haven’t you?” I gave him a stern look.
His thick eyebrows met and formed a line.
“What are you talking about, Tali?” he walked towards me, I flinched and out of frustration, I removed my shoes and threw at him.
“Don’t come near me! stop bothering me! You’re so annoying! Get lost!”
One of the shoes hit him in the forehead and the other on his chest. But when his face didn’t change and gets mad even more right now, I gasped. Fck! is this the real him?!
“What the heck, Tali?! What the hell are you doing?!” Rozzean shouted.
Manang suddenly entered the kitchen. She was extremely surprised, looking back and forth between Rozzean, who was holding his forehead, and my shoes on the floor.
Because of the expression on Manang’s face, I didn’t know if she was going to approach Rozzean or stay where she was.
“T-Tali, what did you do?” Manang asked me. How am I supposed to explain my side right now?!
“Y-You are real?” I asked. I felt like I had been drenched in cold water. Nervously, I looked back at Rozzean.
“What the fck is wrong with you? of course I am!”
Sht!
“S-Sir, are you okay?” Manang asked Rozzean. She grabbed a tissue from nearby and handed it to our boss but he didn’t get it, his eyes is not leaving me!
I covered my mouth and my eyes widened when I realized that it was really Rozzean in front of me. It’s like a slowmo and I recalled what I said and what I did.
I shouted at him, had thrown my shoes at my boss, and it hit him in his chest and forehead.NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
“Sir… I-I am so sorry!” I bowed my head.
When I looked back at him, he was giving me a stern look, he is gritting his teeth. Rozzean was mad! is he going to kick me out now? or he will hit me? I walked closer even if I am scared. And when I was about to apologize again, I panicked because I saw that his forehead was now bleeding.
“B-Blood… S-sir…”
What did I do?!
