The Invincible Arthur Gardner

Chapter 95 - Exploring the Possibilities

Chapter 95 - Exploring the Possibilities

"Congratulations on your achievement tonight, Boss," said Edna as they drove home in the car.

Arthur took a deep breath and leaned back, turning his head slowly to Edna. "Thanks, Edna," he

replied. "I'm going to need your help a lot more after this," he continued.

Edna smiled and nodded quickly. "I'm ready to work 24 hours without rest to help you achieve whatever

you aspire to," she answered, her voice laced with a hint of jest as she chuckled.

"I don't think I've considered enslaving anyone yet, Edna," Arthur replied with a smile, "so I trust that

you'll continue to do your usual work."

Edna carefully studied Arthur's face, noting that despite his exhaustion, he still held his composure and

remained stoic. She was impressed by his strength and steadfastness, especially as more and more

people were starting to become hostile toward him.

"The climb to the top is definitely a challenge, isn't it, boss?" she said quietly.

After a few seconds, Edna noticed that Arthur had already drifted off to sleep, his eyes closed and his

face drained of energy. She grabbed a tissue and wiped away the few beads of sweat that had formed

on her forehead.

A faint smile crept across her lips as she contemplated how lucky and blessed she was to be able to be

with the one she cared about the most at all times.

Arthur awoke as the car arrived at the Golden Chamber.

"Let's go, boss," Edna said softly. "You can continue your rest in your magnificent kingdom."

The two of them then proceeded toward the VIP elevator.

"Edna, please make sure to prepare all of the necessary items for welcoming those I chose at the

business takeover earlier," Arthur muttered under his breath as they stepped into the VIP elevator.

Edna nodded quickly. "I'm really very impressed with all your choices, Boss. They are people with an

extraordinary work ethic, and I'm really curious about what great things you'll be working on with all

these talented talents."

Arthur turned to Edna, smiling faintly. "What do you think I'll do, Edna?"

"I don't know," she replied, "but I think Mr. Fan Tian's invention could become quite a terrifying piece of

technology if it fell into the wrong person's hands. Am I overthinking it, Boss?"

Arthur nodded slowly. "Yes, I believe that technology has enormous potential," he said. "That's why I'm

helping Fan Tian with his research. Hopefully, in a few weeks or months, we'll see some exciting

progress in the human world."

"Are you thinking of constructing a robot, boss?" Edna asked.

"Isn't that something you only see in movies?" Arthur replied with a skeptical look.

Edna shook her head. "No, after meeting you, boss, I've seen too many amazing things for me to be

surprised if you somehow create an army of robots to do whatever you want."

Arthur chuckled lightly as the elevator doors opened before them. “Your idea sounds really intriguing,

Edna,” he said. “Let's see what we can do with Mr. Fan Tian's invention.”

Alicia was waiting for them when the doors opened. A cheerful smile spread across her face as she ran

towards Edna and Arthur.

“Oppa! Unnie!” she shouted, waving her hand in excitement. “Ah, it's so boring having to stay here and

do my job, I really wish I could go there and shoot Patrick and Cash right in the head. Haha.”

Alicia said, with a joking face, whether she meant it or not.

"Hi Alicia."

Edna, with a cheerful face, hugged her, and Arthur smiled, standing on Edna's right side.

"Since when did you learn to say such sadistic words sweet girl?" Edna then touched Alicia's lips. "A

girl as cute as you shouldn't say such sadistic things, do you think you are a cold-blooded killer?"

Arthur interjected, "It seems that you are looking at Alicia too gently, Edna. If I let it be, she could really

shoot Patrick's head with her shooting skill, which has now gone very far."

Edna and Alicia walked towards the room, with Edna on the left and Alicia on Arthur's right.

"You were an extraordinary Oppa, I saw it on TV," Alicia exclaimed enthusiastically.

"Is it true?" Arthur asked curiously.

"When Patrick came on stage I really was so pissed off to see him. If I were Sylvia I would have taught

him a lesson live, tearing that man's mouth apart in front of a crowd, so more assholes learn to respect

women in front of a crowd," Alicia continued.

“You're absolutely right,” Edna said, nodding in agreement. “I, who witnessed it first hand, was also

very annoyed. Luckily the Boss pushed the button just in time.” Property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

Arthur only gave a smile in response to Edna's suggestion. He was delighted that Edna and Alicia were

getting along so well, and the atmosphere in the room was becoming more and more pleasant with

their presence. His lips curved up in a contented smile as he no longer felt as lonely as he once had.

"Boss, I've asked the chef to prepare dinner for you," Edna said gently. "You seem very tired, you'd

better take a shower before dinner."

"Yes Edna, I'm looking forward to a hot bath," Arthur replied.

He headed to his lavish bathroom, undressed, and stepped into the warm bathwater. He felt his fatigue

melting away, and he knew it was going to be a great night.

After taking a refreshing shower, Arthur stepped out and saw a cozy brown pajama suit neatly laid out

on the bed. He smiled slightly; Edna had once again anticipated his needs.

"Oppa, our dinner is ready!" Alicia called from outside his room.

"Alright Alicia, I'll be there shortly," Arthur replied.

The dinner table was set with an air of luxury and elegance. The golden cutlery glinted in the light,

complementing the neatly arranged dishes that the hotel's chef had prepared. Every course on the

menu was complete and exquisitely presented.

Edna and Alicia had already taken their seats at the dining table when Arthur arrived and joined them.

He began to eat his dinner right away.

Edna playfully asked Alicia, "Isn't it so boring for you to stay here by yourself? I thought you were going

to follow us there."

Alicia laughed heartily, "You're right, Unnie! I almost joined you guys and made a scene. Hahaha!"

"But Unnie, doesn't Oppa look so cool? Apart from Sylvia's great business plan, it seems like he

deliberately wanted to help her escape Patrick's trap," Alicia continued.

"I think this room's occupants are going to grow by one more person after this. What do you think,

Alicia?"

Alicia replied with a giggle, "I agree. Sylvia is really gorgeous and perfect to be the fourth angel

accompanying the Invincible Arthur Gardner."

"Do you think our big boss will also invite Sylvia to stay in this hotel with us, Alicia?" Edna asked,

looking at her friend curiously.

"I'm quite certain he will," Alicia replied confidently. "Sylvia is the perfect person for what Arthur

Gardner needs right now. She shares the same vision as the dream he has described, and she's more

than capable of helping him manage his businesses. She is definitely the best choice." Alicia spoke

with enthusiasm, her face brightening at the thought.

"That's what I thought too," Edna agreed, smiling warmly.

"Doesn't seem very polite to be talking about other people at the dinner table, does it?"

Arthur then interjected as if Alicia and Edna had completely ignored him.

They had all just enjoyed a delicious dinner, having gone through an extraordinary experience. As they

watched the television, a rerun of the latest Claudina concert was on.

"Ah, I miss Claudina so much," Edna sighed wistfully.
