The Mafia’s Third Wife: Between The Devil’s Triangle

Misjudged

Chapter 24 Misjudged

“No, I am perfectly fine, but I can’t say the same for you bitch.” He said.

“You’re a whore who wants a good life and so sacrificed your father and pretending that you are trying to save him but in the reality what you wanted was to be the wife of Ramos so that you can have a better life at the expense of your father’s life!” He yelled back

“You don’t know anything about me! So don’t you dare come in here and place an accusing finger on me. I am not some piece of trash that you would spill you grabage at.” Raven said.

“My father and I are victims of Ramos selfish needs. My father borrrowed money from him without me knowing for his surgery and your brother knew about it but allowed him anyways.

I didn’t know until Ramos walked right into my father’s ward and beat your brother and threatened to kill my father if he doesn’t pay him back his money.

I pointed a gun at him and shot his arm and warned him to stay away from my father and that I was going to pay him back his money of a thousand dollars.

I didn’t know that his plan was to threaten me to kill my father if I don’t accept to be his third wife .

I didn’t want anything to happen to my father and so I accepted not because I wanted to but because I was forced to.

So don’t come in here like you know about me and threaten me that if I don’t stay away from your brother, you’re going to hurt me.

I have been threatened a lot of times and it’s really starting to piss me off!”

Alfonso couldn’t utter a word as everything Raven had said surprised him. He had thought that she was a gold digger who was looking for a better life and sacrificed her father to get it.

Alfonso was taken aback by Raven’s words. He hadn’t known about the threats she had received, or the circumstances that had led her to accept a marriage proposal she didn’t want.

He felt a wave of shame wash over him, realizing that he had misjudged her. But he decided not to show it or apologize for misjudging her.All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.

“Well… everyone has a reason to do something. Anyways, I am here to warn you not to think you can have your way with my brother.

I won’t sit back and let you brainwash him into doing your bidding. You hear me!” He said and walked out before Raven could speak and shut the door hard.

As Alfonso stormed out of the room, Raven felt a surge of anger and frustration. She knew she had done nothing wrong, and yet he was treating her like a villain.

She was tired of people making assumptions about her, of being judged and misunderstood. She wished she could just make them all see the truth, but she knew it was unlikely to happen.

With a heavy sigh, Raven sank into a chair and closed her eyes, trying to push the anger and hurt away. She had enough to deal with without letting her emotions get the better of her.

As she sat there, a memory came to her. It was from when she was a child, and her mother had told her a story about a phoenix.

The mythical bird that rose from the ashes of its own destruction, renewed and reborn.

The story had always resonated with Raven, and in that moment, she felt like the phoenix herself.

A new beginning was possible, even after everything that had happened. She just had to find the strength to make it happen.

Alfonso felt like a fool as he walked back to his room. He had allowed his emotions to cloud his judgement, and he had misjudged Raven because of it.

He knew that he needed to learn more about her and her situation before he made any more assumptions. He had been so quick to judge, and it wasn’t fair to her. Maybe there was more to the story than he had realized.

With a sigh, Alfonso sat down on his bed and tried to sort through his thoughts. He had always prided himself on being level-headed and logical, but this situation had made him realize that he wasn’t as objective as he thought.

He wondered if there was any way to fix the damage he had done, or if it was too late to make amends. He wanted to be the kind of person who could admit his mistakes and learn from them, but he wasn’t sure if he could make that happen with Raven.

Meanwhile Ramos has finally discovered a vital information he could use to destroy the Sanchez brothers once and for all…
