Chapter 10 Already had someone in mind
Tihana stood and look at herself in the standing mirror, she slowly turn her back to see the view of her butts and then she turn to look at Diana who was sitting down, looking at her.
“I don’t like this one, it’s just like It has all my shapes coming out.”
They’re in the clothes shop because Diana said it will be nice for them to pick up new clothes for the date and for their selves too.
“But still, it’s my favourite among others you have wore.” Diana insisted and Tihana rolls her eyes and walk back inside to remove the cloth.
“You probably like it because it’s tight. If you don’t want this date to work out, I have to be putting on something out of fashion.”
Diana understands and so she tells her to pick up whatever she wants and thinks it’s the best.
Minutes passed and Tihana walk out from the changing room now wearing something different. She smiles boldly at Diana.
“I’ll take this one then.” She smiles and Diana just laughs because just like Tihana said she wanted, the cloth is way out of fashion.
“You have two more hours.”
“Stop reminding me. Actually, I think you should be glad today is Saturday, cause if today is working days, you won’t see me accepting to do this.”
“Very well then, I’m glad.” Diana chuckles and stand up.
The shop attendance collected the cloth from Tihana and walk away to package it, while the two girls slowly walk behind her.
When the cloth is being packed into a bag, Diana heard someone call out her name.
“Diana Watts?” She turns to look at the direction of the person who had just called her full name and Tihana did the same.
“Blossom?” Diana calls out.
Tihana stare at both of them.
“Well! I see you’re still looking as the same, no changes. What are you doing here?” Blossom asked with a mockery tone.
Diana just turn to fully look at her and then gave out a wry smile.
“The same thing you came to do. Shopping, and it seems you’re still keeping up your pride? Good for you.”
She turns to pay for the cloth she bought and then holding Tihana’s hand, they both walked out the cloth store to Diana’s car.
Blossom chuckles as she watch them through the glass door get into the car. She hadn’t thought she will meet Diana here.
The only girl that had challenged her with beauty and fame back in college.
“I need to see your newest collection and the best you can offer.” Blossom turn her head and said to the attendant.
With eyes on the road and her hand on the steeling , Diana stops for the red sign and Tihana noticed her expression wasn’t the same as before. It is like she didn’t want to see that girl earlier or something.
The woman from her work place earlier had told her to come back tomorrow, but after her dining with Diana she had gotten a call from the woman apologizing to her that it’s Monday she can resume work.
Obviously, she hadn’t look at the calendar.
“You knew Blossom?” Tihana finally breaks the silence in the car and Diana looks at her before stepping on the gear again and making a turn.
“Yep , I do. Why?”
“Because she’s the girl I was gonna interview at the airport that day.”
Diana looks at her and turn her head back on the road. “She is!?. Wow, she really still have her pride.”
“What do you say? You had any sort of issue with her or something?”
“You don’t need to know. If you ever come across her anywhere, just give her a ten feet away. She’s a fuckin psychopath.” Diana groans.
This will be the first Tihana hear Diana say bad about someone. Diana is extra lovely and didn’t seem to have anyone she dislikes, which is about to change now.
Tihana didn’t try to push the conversation further. Seeing Diana’s expression isn’t really that good, she decided to just give up. Maybe they’ve been friends before or something.
Whatever it is, Tihana believes she’s gonna tell her at the right time.

Aiden Turner walks out of the restaurant in fury and got into his car immediately, Wayne was standing beside the car door and had left it open immediately he saw Aiden walking out.
Shutting the car door, He walks over to the driver side and got in.
“It didn’t go well either?” Wayne asks as he looks at him from the rear mirror.
“Argh… The bitch just accepted immediately and can’t even try to keep her pride.”
“Shouldn’t you happy she agreed? What you wanted is someone ready to do a marriage contract with you for a year, and get pregnant with your baby… 9 months of carrying the baby and her contract with you expires after a year!?”
“You don’t get it. It shouldn’t be just any girl! I can’t have my baby be borne by some piece of shits, I need someone… Someone that’s worth it.”
Wayne chuckles and heat up the engine then starts driving away as they continue the conversation.
“Well, you have another date in one hour 30minutes time. You should get a rest and get ready.”
“I can’t believe I’m doing this.” Aiden sighed and loosen up his tie then looks outside the window.
His eyes landed on a father giving his son an ice cream and until he couldn’t see them again because Wayne was driving, he stared at them..
Now, he’s curious to discover what it feels like to be a father.
Whether it’s a baby girl or a son, he doesn’t care but all he needs now, is a baby.
“Who am I having the date with?” Wayne looks at him from the mirror again before replying.
“Diana Watts” he tells him and Aiden just nods.
Wayne looks back on the road, after his research about the ladies Aiden is having his dates with, he discovered that the girl from the other day is one of them.
Diana Watts.
Wayne don’t know why but he didn’t want this lady to attend the date, all the same there’s nothing he can do.
He don’t even know her and she seems somehow, isolated. It looks like she’s an introvert and wouldn’t like to get along with anyone.
Wayne had wondered how she ended up being in Grandfather’s list. He’s not supposed to be around the date corner with Aiden, he have today as his day off.
But he insisted that he wants to be there. Not because he actually wants to, but because he needs to satisfy his own needs.
Wayne pulls the car over at Aiden’s apartment and got down to open the door for him. Aiden got down and is about to walk inside his house when he saw Blossom standing outside his apartment with a bag on her hand.
Turning sharply to Wayne with an angry and disgusting look, he questioned him.
“You knew she’s here don’t you? Why didn’t you tell me?”
Wayne didn’t understand where the question was coming from until he looks over at the door and saw Blossom standing there, their eyes meeting each others but he looks away first and turn to Aiden.
“Wouldn’t have brought you home if I knew. Trust me.”
“Drive me back… Somewhere that is cool and peaceful until my next date is up.” He tells Wayne and is about the get back into the car when Blossom calls out his name making him stop.
“I thought you just came back home, where are you going?” She asks him and Aiden turn his head so he can look at her.
“What are you? My mother?”
Wayne didn’t want to stand and watch this two rivals go on each other so he just walks back into the car first to get into the driver’s seat.
“Why are you so mad? What… The date didn’t go well?”
“As you expected. What are you doing here? Shouldn’t you be somewhere around your father’s company or mansion? Maybe working, whatsoever.”
“I don’t work and you know that.” Blossom tells him and laugh.
Aiden just lean on the car and fold his hand on his chest then stare still at Blossom.
“What are you doing here? I told you, I don’t wanna see you around. If you want us to meet, then book an appointment like a normal human being.”
“Why should I book an appointment to meet you when I can come over to your apartment? Come on let’s go in, I brought in some lunch for you.”
“What are you? My girlfriend!? Geez, have some manners girl. I tell you, why not go over to Trenton’s and cook for him. I didn’t remember telling you am starving.”Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Aiden I just…..”
He raised his index finger at her, motioning on her to keep her mouth shut.
“Leave after you’re done staying ” He tells her and got into the car before Blossom can say another word.
Wayne starts the car engine and slowly drives away leaving blossom standing there.
Blossom watches the car drive away, sad and hurt she throw the bag she was holding away. It was containing the food she had bought for Aiden on her way here but now, it’s a total waste.
She matches angrily to her car and got into the back seat.
“Follow him!” She says rudely to her driver who mutter a yes ma’am before driving.
____^^
Tihana walks out of her room smiling. She had just finished trying out all the clothes they bought, once again and had picked up her cloth for the date in an hour time.
She walks into the kitchen where Diana was cooking and she hugs her from behind.
“What are you doing? Watch your hand so you don’t get hurt by the fire.” Diana tells her but Tihana didn’t care instead she hugs her even tighter.
“You’re choking me, get over with the hugging already and let me cook.”
This time, Tihana pulls away from the hug but she didn’t stop smiling. Diana turned off the cooker and look at her.
“What’s the matter with you?”.
“I didn’t say anything. I’m just supper excited about the cloths you bought for me. I have been worried about getting one.”
“You’re being childish. I didn’t ask you to thank me, beside you are paying me back.”
“I am? I tell you! I have no money now and I can only start working on Monday ”
Diana chuckles and turn on the cooker again as she walks over to bring out the eggs she’s going to fry.
“You are replacing me on my date, how else are you gonna pay?”
“Oh that! Now, you said it, I’m really getting nervous, why won’t you show me who the man is? What if I end up meeting someone else who’s also on a date there?”
“Then you get yourself a boyfriend.” She laughs.
“It’s not even funny.” Tihana pouts.
“Well, that’s because I don’t even know who the person is. So you have to find out on your own and tell me after.” Diana lies, she bite her lower lips so she can stop herself from saying the truth.
She hates this… She hates to lie but she just did. Her phone beeps and she walked over to pick it up and it’s a message from her father.
“Your date with Aiden is in 43 minutes time. Don’t forget and make sure to accept him otherwise, get yourself a Boyfriend.” Diana sighs and put the phone away.
“Your father texted you?” Tihana asks and she nods.
“Same thing, if you won’t accept him, show me your boyfriend. Like! I’m just 25, he seriously don’t need to make things hard for me” She complains, now breaking the eggs.
“Well, you said you’re hiring yourself a boyfriend, how are you gonna do that? There’s no place they say boyfriend for hire.”
Diana stops and look at her then chuckles. She didn’t regret in any way making Tihana her friend.
She had given her life a meaning in her own way. “Don’t worry about me and just go get ready. I already have someone in mind.”
