Chapter 941
Even if the old man did not ask for Felix's help, he would definitely lend a helping hand. After all, Felix was never the type to just stand by and watch, whether it was his nature or what Gerald had taught him.
Since he encountered the situation, there was no way he could ignore it. Besides, it was clear the old man was having a heart attack, and the little bottle he clutched likely contained some kind of fast-acting medication.
Felix quickly ran over, opened the bottle, and handed it to the old man, who immediately took three pills. In less than a minute, the man looked as if nothing had happened.
"Thank you so much," he said.
Felix smiled and replied, "No need to thank me. It's just the right thing to do."
As Felix turned to leave, the old man grabbed his arm urgently. "You're really a good person. Doing something so kind without even leaving your name? But I can't just let you go without repaying your kindness-wait a moment."
With that, he pulled out his phone and made a quick call. "Come pick me up," he said before hanging up. Then, turning back to Felix, he chuckled and added, "Ah, I guess I'm not as strong as I used to be. My wife's grave is up on that hill, and I've gotten into the habit of walking there to pay my respects.
"Usually, I only call someone if I feel unwell, but this time, it hit me so suddenly, and I nearly lost my life because of it. So, don't refuse. I have to repay your kindness."
Felix hesitated for a moment but eventually nodded. He figured it would not hurt to see where this would lead. After all, for someone new to Martial City like him, a little goodwill might help him find some direction. "What brings you to Herbs Hill, young man?" the old man asked curiously.
Felix scratched his head sheepishly and said, "I came to gather some herbs. My family used to practice medicine, and I learned a bit from them, but they've all passed on.
"Now, I have to do everything myself. I heard these hills have rare medicinal plants, so I traveled all the way out here. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky. My bag fell off a cliff, so I'm leaving empty-handed."
Though his explanation had some holes, Felix was prepared with answers if the old man pressed him for details.
"You're a doctor? No wonder you're so kind-hearted," the old man replied with admiration. "It's true what they say a healer always has compassion. I must be lucky to have met you."
Thankfully, the old man did not ask further questions. After waiting about five minutes, a sleek car appeared on the road.
Felix could not help but feel a little out of place seeing an Audi here in Martial City..Xena had told him before that cars, no matter the brand, were insanely expensive in this city. They required a lot

could afford one.
In Martial City, owning a car was more of a status symbol than even owning a house. The Audi stopped, and two people stepped out, hurrying toward the old man with looks of concern.
"Sir, are you all right?" one asked respectfully.
The old man smiled and said, "I'm fine, thanks to this young man here. Oh, what's your name, by the way?"
"Felix Zeller," he replied casually.
Before coming to Martial City, Felix
had asked Xena about the Maximus family and their influence. She

assured him that using his name would not draw attention. The Maximuses would never expect him to show up in Martial City, and with the city's large population, Felix was not exactly a rare name. What truly gave Felix the confidence to be here was the favor Billy had done for him after the battle with Westeri Order's sorcerer. When Felix returned to Floral Wreath Boutique that night, Billy had helped temporarily mask his energy
