True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)

Chapter 205

Chapter 205

The two sisters got out of the car and went straight to the community child care center.

The two sisters chatted as they walked.

"Alice, Officer Charm helped you, didn't he?" Grace Smith looked at her and asked softly.

Alice Smith was stunned. She frowned and said, "Sister, why do you think so? When did he help me?"

Grace could tell that Alice was a little unhappy. She chuckled and said, "No matter what, if it weren't for

Heinz and Jensen today, you might still be in the police station. Today is not our day as two people

were sent to the hospital because of us." Alice was dumbfounded. Thinking of Marry Smith, she said

while pouting, "Marry only has herself to blame. The gangster today brought it upon himself too, but

both incidents indeed had something to do with me."

"No," Grace shook her head. "We can't hide from this. There will always be various encounters in life."

"Heinz is too infuriating," Alice couldn't help telling her what had happened before.

After listening to the entire story, Grace couldn't help but say, "He really doesn't speak in a polite

manner."

"But putting his attitude aside," although Alice didn't like to admit it, she still said, "it was really

unexpected of Heinz to have gone and dealt with Marry. When I got into trouble, he must have helped

me for your sake. He even informed the officer that I'm your sister when he came to the police station."

"It's Jensen," Grace reminded her. "Why do you seem to have a problem with him?"

"That officer is not a good person either." Recalling that she was almost taken advantage of by him,

Alice couldn't help complaining, "He is not a good man."

"You shouldn't have a prejudice against him," Grace said.

"Sister, let's get down to business." Alice didn't want to talk about Jensen, so she commented about

Heinz, "Heinz seems to treat you well. He just have a vicious tongue. But I called him some names, so

he probably became angry out of embarrassment."

Thinking of Heinz's and her own attitude, Grace also smiled and said, "Let's not care about him. It's

time to pick up Little Gary and go for dinner."

Suddenly, Alice thought of something and said, "Oh no, I forgot to collect my wage for today's

performance."

"Collect it tomorrow then. Have a rest today and don't go anywhere," Grace said.

"I'm afraid they'll go back on their word tomorrow," Alice said worriedly.

"If that's the case then just forget about it," Grace said. "It's not our day today. Let's not go out

anymore."

After thinking about it, Alice agreed with her and decided not to go.

The two of them bought some groceries, picked up

Little Gary, and went home to cook.

As soon as they entered the door, Grace's phone rang.

Grace looked at it and found out it was from Jensen.

She said to Alice, "It's Officer Charm. Maybe the result of that person's examination is out."

Alice nervously stared at the phone.

Grace could tell from her look that she was worried. She smiled reassuringly and said, "Don't be afraid,

I am here with you."

Alice was stunned and nodded.

She dropped her head. Every time she was in trouble, Grace would always tell her that she would be

with her.

Her sister had given her all her affection.

Alice's eyes turned red.

"Hello, Officer Charm?" Grace picked up the phone.

"Grace, that hooligan was indeed injured and his spleen was bleeding. He wasn't injured that badly on

the way to the police station but his condition might have deteriorated during the interrogation. He was

sent to the hospital and had an operation," Officer Charm said.

Grace was stunned. Seeing that Alice was nervously listening, she immediately said, "Oh, all right,

Officer Charm, what should I do next? Tell me, and I'll handle it."

"Grace, what I want to tell you is that Heinz asked Lester to pay the medical fees, and he didn't want to

let you know," Jensen said, "but I think it's better to tell you."

Grace was dumbstruck. She didn't expect Heinz to deal with it for her again.

"Why did he do that?" Grace asked.

Jensen smiled and said, "Perhaps he also felt that what he had said was too impolite. Grace, this is his

personality, so you don't have to take it to heart. Heinz actually has a warm heart under his cold skin."

Grace said, "Please help me to ask him how much the fees are and I'll give it back to him."

"Why do you need to do that?" Jensen smiled and said, "He doesn't want you to know. I was the one

who decided to tell you."

"I don't want to owe him anything," Grace said bluntly.

"Grace, you don't need to take this matter to heart. Just take it as mental damage compensation from

Heinz," Jensen comforted her again.

Grace thought for a moment and said, "Even blood-related brothers would settle things clearly. What's

more, I don't have any family relationship with him."

"It's enough as long as there is affection." Jensen said, "Grace, live and let live, okay?"

Grace glanced at her sister and said, "Officer Charm, thank you for your kindness, but Heinz is really

not a lovable man. No matter how poor I am, I can still afford the expenses of my family. You don't need

to say anything else. Please thank Mr. Jones for me. Tomorrow I will go to the hospital to check how

much I should pay." "Grace, can you stop being so stubborn?" Jensen said.

"Then, Officer Charm, can you forget the thing that you can't let go of in your heart?" Grace said

meaningfully.

Jensen was startled and suddenly realized something. His voice started to tremble excitedly, "Grace,

what do you mean? Do you know anything?" Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.

"Tell me how much it is, and I'll pay the money back to Heinz," Grace said.

"15,000 dollars," Jensen said. "His spleen was removed and he asked for 15,000 dollars."

Grace took a deep breath and was a little shocked. She wouldn't have enough money even if she were

to sell all her belongings.

But it didn't matter. She would think of a way.

After thinking for a while, she said, "Okay, I got it."

"So what did you mean just now?" Jensen asked quickly.

"I'll tell you when I return the money," Grace said and hung up the phone.

"Sister." Alice looked at Grace and said, "Do we have to compensate the person?"

Grace smiled and said, "Yes, a few thousand dollars. Heinz had paid for it first and I'll return it to him

tomorrow."

Alice heaved a sigh of relief. "Fortunately, it's only a few thousand dollars!"

She was scared to death. If it's a huge sum of money, how would she able to return it all?

"Yes, it's a few thousands of dollars only, so don't feel guilty anymore," Grace said to her with a smile.

Alice nodded. Suddenly, she thought of something and looked at Grace suspiciously. "Sister, are you

hiding anything from me? Is it true that we only need to compensate a few thousand dollars?"

"Of course, when did I ever lie to you?" Grace smiled and said, "Why don't you believe your sister

anymore?"

Only then did Alice smile and say, "Okay, I believe you. I'm going to cook now."

She quickly went to the washroom to wash her hands and change her clothes.

Grace also went to change her clothes, then she turned on the computer and went online to check the

money she had in her bank account.

While she was busy, her son came in.

When he saw her mother was checking her bank account, he couldn't help asking, "Mommy, do you

not have money anymore?"

Grace immediately said, "No, of course, I have money. Don't worry, I can afford to raise you."

"Mommy." Gary Smith stared at his mother sharply. This brought extreme pressure to Grace.

This child really carried the imposing aura of Heinz. He could intimidate people even without talking at

all.

"What are you doing?" Grace asked with a guilty conscience.

"Mommy, why do you have to pretend? If you don't have money, it's fine to say so. Why are you so

diffident to admit it?” The little one was so shrewd.
