True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)

Chapter 252

Chapter 252

Grace didn't expect to bump into Marry here. She was just here for a scan, wasn't she?

It seemed that Marry had yet to be discharged from the hospital.

Upon seeing Marry, Grace's eyes darkened.

She didn't want to be involved with this woman.

At this moment, Alex stepped forward and said coldly, "Please be more respectful of Miss Smith."

"Respectful?" Marry snorted and said, "Who are you to order me? And since when did she become

Miss Smith? Is she someone's mistress?"

Simon, who was standing behind Marry, was shocked to see Grace sitting on a wheelchair just like This is property © of NôvelDrama.Org.

Mary.

His expression was complicated, with a trace of confusion and a hint of worry.

Grace didn't even look at Simon. She threw a glance at Marry, leaned back and ignored her.

Marry was at a loss for words and became angrier. She shouted, "Now that you've become someone's

lover, you're acting arrogant? Humph, you're a disgrace to the Smith family."

Upon hearing this, Alex raised his hand and slapped her. "How dare you talk to Miss Smith like that?"

His slap landed right on Marry's face, and immediately a mark appeared on her cheek.

Simon frowned and said in a low voice, "Grace, please stop."

Grace was not acting out in the first place. It was Marry who kept provoking her.

And now Simon blamed it on her because Alex slapped Marry across the face?

She stared at Simon in confusion. Gently, she leaned against the wheelchair and said, "Why should I

stop? I didn't even say a word."

She didn't understand why Simon confronted her so directly. It was ridiculous.

Standing stiffly, Simon looked at Grace and said without blinking, "Marry is already very upset for losing

her child. Even if she's venting her frustration to you, you as her sister should understand her."

What a glorified excuse.

"I didn't say anything," Grace said. "Simon, it's not my problem that your wife failed to control her

tongue. Don't blame this on me."

Her eyes seemed to pierce through him.

Simon was left stunned.

Grace said again clearly, "Let me warn you again. Stay away from me, or you'll have to bear the

consequences."

Marry became hysterical after the unexpected hit. She cried out at the top of her lungs, "You're now a

mistress. How dare you yell at me? How dare you order someone to hit me?"

Grace reached her hands out and brushed her fringe out of her eyes. Slowly, she lowered her slender

fingers and held onto the wheelchair.

With a light smile, she said, "It's not easy to be a mistress you know. Furthermore, I'm not crossing any

line given that I'm unmarried. And you? Even if you were to be made a mistress, I bet it would be an

affair."

"You might be more capable than me, but I'm younger and prettier than you. All you could do was to

pick up a man whom I no longer wanted. Just who do you think you are to be so full of yourself?" she

continued mercilessly.

Grace knew that Marry was just twisting the facts and trying to mock her.

She wouldn't get angry, but it wasn't like she was going to just let Marry walk all over her.

Marry was fuming, "You..."

"Just because I'm prettier and younger than you, you're worried that your 'trash' would come back to

me, aren't you?” Grace said in a slow pace, taking her time.

Marry widened her eyes.

"Marry," Grace was still smiling, "I never wanted to be on bad terms with you, but since you've started

it, I will gladly retaliate. To me, it doesn't matter. But aren't you worried that your behavior is revolting to

your husband?"

Marry's face turned pale in an instant.

Grace's response sent everyone reeling back in shock, including Alex and the bodyguard.

In their eyes, Grace was incredible - as if she was fearless. After enduring Marry's antics all this while,

she fought back fiercely and gave her hell.

Through the glass wall of the examination room, both of the sisters could be seen clearly.

Marry's face was pale-white and her hair was in a mess. She looked old, at least several years older

than before.

On the other hand, although her face was not glowing, Grace was not in a bad state at all. Her overall

complexion was good and she still had an attractive look.

Grace's imposing manner was overwhelming.

What was even more surprising was that Simon, who was standing behind Marry, didn't say a word

when his wife was slapped.

He had been looking at Grace with complicated emotions in his eyes.

Alex said directly to him, "Mr. Brown, why have you been staring at Miss Smith?"

Marry was startled.

Instantly, she turned her head around.

When she caught that Simon embarrassingly looked away from Grace, her face turned purple with

rage.

Grace said, "Alex, can you please check on the examination room? Let's get in first."

"Yes, milady," Alex nodded. "Let's go in before you get stained."

The bodyguard proceeded to open the door and pushed Grace in.

Grace found it amusing that Alex was actually very good at this, even better than Lester. Marry was

probably pissed off now.

As soon as they entered,

Marry said to Simon, "Look at how arrogant she was."

Simon seemed to be worn out and said, "Since you know it, why did you make such reckless

remarks?"

Marry was aghast. "What did you just say?"

Simon said coldly, "You provoked her, even you knew that you're on the losing end. You were so

tolerant of her previously, but now you changed into another person completely. I'm just thinking, which

one is the real you, Marry? Or have I never known you at all?"

Marry's face froze and she looked at Simon in disbelief. She couldn't believe that he was talking to her

in that manner.

"Simon, what do you mean?"

"You know what I mean."

Marry clenched her fists.

Simon didn't say anything else.

Grace came out of the room after the scan and she realized that Marry and Simon weren't talking to

each other.

When Simon caught sight of Grace, he stared at her with a deep gaze.

Grace gave him a thin smile.

When she passed by them, Marry clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palm.

She growled at Grace, "I won't ever forgive you for what you've done to my child. You caused my

miscarriage."

"I caused your miscarriage?" Grace turned to look at her incredulously. "Who else could have caused

your miscarriage other than the one who couldn't give birth all this while?"

There was a serious look on Simon's face.

He looked at Grace in surprise.

Then, Grace said in a cold voice, "Karma will get you sooner or later."
