Chapter 326
Chapter 326
Xavier drove the car back. On the way back, he saw Arya and Ryan walking back along the roadside.
He stopped the car and got off.
"Dad." Ryan saw him first, and then Ryan let go of Arya's hand and ran towards him.
Xavier opened his arms and picked up Ryan.
"Are you here to pick us up?" Ryan tilted his head and blinked his big bright eyes.
Xavier stroked Ryan's hair, looked at Arya, and reached out to hold her hand.
Arya handed her hand over and asked, "Is everything done?"
Thinking of Cullen, Xavier slightly frowned, but he soon returned to calm and answered drily.
Camphor trees were planted on the roadside, and the leaves became greener in this season. The
sound of rustling could be clearly heard with a gentle breeze.
No one spoke along the way. They were thinking of their things.
Ryan blinked, looked at Arya, then at Xavier, and finally lay obediently on Xavier's shoulder.
"I..." Arya hesitated. "Should we see him?"
As Xavier expected, Arya cared about Cullen. The reason why she didn't say anything was that the
change was too sudden. There had to be a process.
After this period, Arya was able to accept the relative who suddenly appeared in her life.
Xavier was a little angry and held her hand more tightly. "I'll go with you when I'm free."
Arya nodded.
When they got home, Nanny Joy had already prepared dinner. When she saw Xavier and Arya coming
back together, she smiled and immediately placed the food on the table.
Arya had no appetite for no reason.
Xavier picked up some food for her. "Don't you like these dishes?"
Arya shook her head. "I'm not hungry."
"Mommy..."
Arya rubbed Ryan's hair. "Be good. Finish your meal."
Nanny Joy wanted to persuade Arya to eat more.
But Xavier stopped her, put down his chopsticks, stood up, and walked towards the room.
Pushing open the door of the room, he heard the sound of water. Xavier walked towards the bathroom.
Arya was standing in front of the sink with water dripping from her hands. The water was still flowing
out of the tap. Arya looked at the mirror with unseeing eyes.
Xavier reached out to turn off the tap, and Arya slowly came back to her senses.
Arya was hugged by Xavier and his deep voice sounded in her ear. "What are you thinking?"
Arya tilted her head and looked at Xavier from the mirror. "I don't know what's wrong with myself. I
somehow feel uneasy."
"Don't think too much." Xavier kissed her on the cheek and neck. His broad palm covered her bulging
belly and gently touched it.
She didn't know if the baby felt the warmth, but there was a fetal movement.
This was the first time Xavier had felt it. His voice was trembling and excited.
"Our baby is moving! "
Arya looked at Xavier's overly excited face and smiled. Her long eyelashes fluttered. She had fetal
movement at four or five months, but the frequency was not high. Xavier happened to be at other
places when she had fetal movement in the past.
Xavier frowned deeply. What he had just experienced was not obvious. He was ready now, but the
baby didn't move.
Arya pushed him. "Let me go."
Xavier pulled Arya in front of him, squatted down, picked up her clothes, and looked at her belly. Arya
was not used to it and pushed his hand away. "What are you doing?"
Xavier looked up at her. "The feeling just now was like a dream."
He wanted to have a real experience.
"It's quiet." In the months when there should be fetal movement, the baby did not move frequently. And
if the baby moved, it would only last for a short time.
Arya thought, "This could be a girl."
Before Ryan was born, it moved a lot.
Xavier grabbed her waist and kissed her bulging stomach, making her feel wet and warm.
"Arya, thank you..." Arya gave him Ryan and a feeling he had never felt before.
Arya smiled gently. "You can't miss this baby anymore..."
"OK..."
"There's still a month before the due date. When you..."
It was almost time for Mr. Jones and Mr. Gates to retire. Xavier was ready to destroy the Gates Family
before they retired. She was worried that by then...
Xavier also thought about it. He still needed something.
If he made a move, he had to ensure that he would win, or else there would be endless trouble.
Arya compressed her lips and a flash of light flashed through her eyes. "Didn't Georgina have a strong
piece of evidence in her hand?"
Xavier looked at her admiringly with doting eyes. "What do you want to do?"
Arya smiled with a sly look. "Didn't she want to get close to me and use my relationship to make you
accept her favor? The photo should be her conspiracy. Why don't we make use of this opportunity?"
The purpose of sending her the photo was to make her doubt Xavier and to make her break up with
him.
Then they could pretend to break up.
Arya was not a fool.
"I believe you can solve this."
Arya smiled. "Aren't you afraid I'll screw it up?"
"No. And I'm your strong support."
Arya became serious. She didn't want to mess it up. She had to get rid of these restless factors before
the delivery.
That night, Arya made an appointment with Janet through Jacob. NôvelDrama.Org owns this text.
Janet was the key to her plan.
It was also the most uncertain part of her plan because she didn't know if Janet was willing to help her.
Janet was surprised to receive Jacob's call. She didn't expect Arya to see her again so soon.
"Do you know what Mrs. Jones wants to see me for?" Janet was a little worried.
Jacob shook his head. "I don't know, but you don't have to worry. She's not some unreasonable
woman. "
Janet turned to look at Jacob, who was driving the car. "Do you know her well?"
Recalling Arya's behaviors when Xavier had an accident, Jacob smiled. "She's not an ordinary
woman."
Janet watched Jacob's expression change and her expression became incomprehensible.
Even Jacob admired Arya. She must be an excellent woman.
Otherwise, how could Xavier and Jasper love her so much?
Because it was at night, Arya planned to meet Janet in the hotel cafe.
Jacob sent Janet there and went upstairs.
Arya was sitting in the private room when Janet arrived.
She opened her eyes slowly when she heard the door open...
