Seline was clearly acting out of selfishness. Otherwise, she wouldn't be taking such sickening measures.

Suzanne continued, "Her father is an evil man. What's going through your mind when you're asking me to save his life? Everyone knows about all the evil deeds he has done, thinking he's above the law. Yet you're asking me to save his life?" The only thing Kendall deserved was to lie in a dark corner and wait for his death. He deserved to be there until his flesh began to rot.

Seline was truly mindless. Suzanne would love to find out what was actually going through her mind.

Seline's face fell. Why was Suzanne bringing that up out of nowhere?

Nonetheless, before she could even say anything, Suzanne added, "Her father is Kendall Hunt. Are you saying that you didn't know this? Didn't you know about the human trafficking incident that shocked the public ten years ago?"

Suzanne wasn't planning on mentioning these matters in the first place. After all, Hunt Group's influence in the present day was massive. Once they were involved, the implications would be huge.

The others lowered their heads and chatted among themselves. Of course, they knew about that case.

Back then, the police took down a human trafficking ring. The female victims who were abducted for the trafficking ring had been inhumanely tortured.

Some unofficial sources had leaked censored photos that showed how brutal the crime scene was. It wouldn't even be an exaggeration to describe the place as hell on earth.

That said, now that Suzanne was using this to guilt-trip her, she couldn't argue against her at all!

Seline took a deep breath. While lowering her head, she peered at Suzanne helplessly. She mumbled, "I-I didn't know about this."

"How could she threaten her older sister because of someone like him? Ms. Seline went overboard this time."

Seline opened her mouth to speak but could not make a sound. She thought that she'd be able to crush Suzanne. Contrary to her expectations, she was the one being crushed instead.

Suzanne was a bitch who intentionally decided to bring it up now so that it would embarrass her!

She gulped. Glaring at Suzanne, she roared, "That's rubbish! What does that have to do with my father?"

Cindy looked even more upset. It was clear that guilt-tripping Suzanne didn't work. Nonetheless, she had to have Suzanne treat Kendall personally!

neck. This sent everyone stepping back in shock.

Staring at Cindy, an alarmed Seline exclaimed, "What are you doing?"

When she tried to approach Cindy, Cindy pushed the blade even closer to her neck. Seline retreated in shock, afraid of taking another step forward.

Glaring fiercely at Suzanne, Cindy roared, "Stay back, all of you! Otherwise, I'll end myself right here."

She refused to believe that Suzanne wasn't afraid of what other people might say about her.
