Chapter 23
Chapter 23
This chapter won’t post and I don’t actually know why. But it’s not a massive chunk missing so if you want to read it I’ll try write it up when I can
Bloom.
James has been down in that office for hours now. All I can hear are raised voices and regular clattering of what sounds like glass against the wood floor.
I could feel his anger rolling through the walls and floor in waves. They hit me in the face like a tidal wave.
The noise is quieter now that he had shut the door to his office. I swear I heard him walk down the stairs to the basement.
Who knows though.
It's like, 1 am right now. I may just be imagining some of those noises.
The noises get louder then gradually fade out into whimpering noises every so often. It's kinda strange actually.
I sit here in silence for hours on end, only to be startled by slight whimpers. What has my life come to?!?
(A/N) gruesome scene up ahead. Skip this part if you want and read below this! Only read if you want to! You have been warned!
James.
This has to stop. I have brought them both down to the cells, chained them in silver and wolfs bane chains, wolfs-bane infused ropes. Whilst i also gagged him to mute any screams. What else do I need to shut Aiden up. Her dad is long gone, knocked out by the wolfs-bane I suppose.
He isn't dead though... yet...
"Will you shut your whining. No one is coming for you. You will be dead before they come." I screamed. I'm glad these cells are soundproof. Having them under the house with Bloom inside maybe not such a great idea.
"Yeah, well they will when I'm dead, each and every one of my..."
I cut him off by dragging a silver knife down his leg.
Watching his face scrunch in pain.
Even being a vampire doesn't carve the effects of silver.
He screamed. Not saying a word, just screaming.
"What? Cat got your tongue? Well we will just have to make you talk then!" My wolf clawed to the surface, wanting to break each bone in Aiden's body until he was dead.
He slowly reached into his chest to squeeze Aiden's heart. Content rights belong to NôvelDrama.Org.
He scrunched up his face in pain even further.
This kept going on and one. Me squeezing his heart, dragging the silver knife in his skin.
Until my wolf got board and just simply pulled his heart out. Just like that. Along with also pulling out each individual organs and his oh so precious tongue.
The stench of blood was still lingering around as I walked to the bathroom, covered in blood and guts.
If there's one thing I know. It's that Bloom can't see me like this. She would cower away. Even if she loved me. I was still the monster of a King everyone feared. Except Bloom.
I hoped in the shower and quickly washed all the blood from my body. Lathering myself in a woodsy smelling shower gel.
The sound of screams ringing in my ears. The slight hiccup of occasional silence. Then I felt a searing pain go through my wrists.
All my veins turned black. Filling slowly with the substance. I knew this wasn't mine. It couldn't be me who was in pain.
Bloom was the first thought that came into my head.
Running out the shower and draping a towel around my waist. I quickly made a dash to our bedroom.
The thing that shocked me was that Bloom was lying there not the bed. Peacefully drifting off to sleep. Until she too shot up in pain.
Her eyes turned black to the point where they looked as if they were a dark abyss of pain and suffering.
Yup, definitely her.
A sudden burst in her veins caused black liquid to ooze out the wrists. Without thinking I ran to the pack doctors.
What the hell was going on today??!
Bloom.
Pain. That's all I could feel.
Shooting up in bed, liquid oozing out my wrists unusually fast. It didn't feel as thick as blood. At this point, I couldn't open my eyes and I felt myself drifting off into oblivion.
~3 hours later~
I feel like I am floating on a cloud. Like I am flying. Farther and farther into the sky. Towards one light, a fairly dark, gloomy one.
Whispering of tiny elf sort of noises, surrounded my ears.
What is going on?
Where am I?
