Reclaiming My Broken Luna 2

Epilogue

Astrid's POV

The battlefield was eerily quiet, the echoes of the fight lingering in the heavy air. As I gained control over my Almega wolf, my senses were restored as I free from my wolf's control.

I stood there, still in my wolf form, but no longer shackled by my wolf's evil thoughts.

My heart pounded with the raw power of my wolf still surging through me.

Andros lay at my feet, battered and defeated. His once smug expression was gone, replaced by anger and humiliation.

Around us, his remaining warriors had either surrendered or fled.

I looked at him, my chest heaving, my mind racing. The rage that had fueled me moments ago was gone, replaced by something colder: clarity.

"You've lost, Andros," I said, speaking to him through my wolf, my voice steady but filled with finality. "This ends now."

He spat blood onto the ground, glaring up at me. "You stole everything me! I wouldn't have gone to such great lengths if father didn't made the decision to make you the Pack's Leader. "

My eyes went wide. As he faces defeat, I expected that he would feel remorse for everything that he did. Instead, he is still placing all the blame on me.

I shifted to my human and pinned him on the ground. "You killed your own father just to be an Alpha. You even used Ryker as a pawn to kill me, all for your ambition. Is this all you wanted to say?!"

His gaze hardened, unmoved by my words. "I've already lost. There's no need for you to lecture me. Now kill me!"

My eyes narrowed as I raised my hand, my nails long and sharp, aiming to swipe on his neck and end his life.

"Astrid, don't!" Asha shouted, stopping my arm midair. "Please... don't kill him. He's still our brother," she pleaded, her voice breaking.

I looked at her, my jaw tightening. "After everything he's done? After what he did to our Father?"

Asha nodded, her tears spilling over. "I know. I know what he's done. But I can't let him die. If Father is here, I know he wouldn't want this too. When father was alive, all he ever wanted was to see all of us getting along with each other."

The tension in my chest tightened knowing that she's right. Father wouldn't want to see us like this, killing each other.

I turned back to Andros, who was watching me, waiting for what decision I'm going to make.

His mouth fell open when I stepped back. I straightened, my decision made.

"Andros," I said, my voice firm, resonating with the authority I now fully embraced. "From now on, I declare that you will be a rogue for the rest of your life. No packs shall take you in. You are stripped of your power and your title. You'll no longer be a threat to anyone until the day you die."

The weight of my words hung heavily in the air, and for a moment, Andros's defiance flickered.

His chest heaved as he stared at me, his face pale and sweat-slicked.

"No," he muttered, his voice cracking. You can't do this!" he

shouted, his voice break

into

desperate roar. "I am Alpha! You

can't take that from me!"

I stepped closer, my silver gaze locked onto his.

"You were an Alpha," I said coldly. "Now, you are nothing. You've betrayed your family, your pack, and the bond that wolves hold sacred. This is the justice you deserve."

Andros fell silent, his lips trembling as the weight of my words settled over him. Then it began.noveldrama

His wolf fought against the declaration first—a primal, desperate resistance that clawed at the bond between him and the pack.

But my command as Luna, as the rightful leader of the Shadowfang Pack, severed the connection with brutal precision.

Andros staggered back, his hands clutching at his chest as though he could physically hold onto the bond that was slipping away.

His eyes glowed faintly, his wolf surfacing in a panicked response.

"No," he whispered, his voice trembling. "Don't... don't do this!"

But it was too late.

I felt the shift as the pack's connection to him dissolved, severed by my declaration.

The power that had once coursed through him, tied to his role as Alpha, now slipped away like water through his fingers.

His wolf let out a low, mournful howl, its once-powerful presence dimming.

The sound wasn't just heard; it was felt-a hollow echo of what had once been strong, now weak and fractured.

Andros fell to his knees, his face contorted in pain as his wolf receded, its strength sapped by the severed bond.

The glow in his eyes dimmed until it was barely a flicker.

"I... I can't feel it," he gasped, his voice choked. "My wolf... it's fading."

I stood over him, my gaze steady but

unyielding. This is the price of your betrayal, Andros. You will live as a rogue, with a wolf that grows weaker every day. You will know the loneliness and despair you inflicted on others."

He looked up at me, his face a mask of disbelief and fury. "You're a monster," he hissed.

I leaned down, my voice low and steady. "No, Andros. A monster would have killed you. I chose to let you live-because I am stronger than you ever were."

Andros's shoulders slumped, his once-proud posture collapsing under the weight of his punishment.

His wolf whimpered faintly in his mind, a sound so weak it was barely perceptible. He would live, but he would never again be the man-or wolf-he once was.
