True Fated Marriage (Grace and Heinz)

Chapter 263

Chapter 263

After ending the call, Alice immediately cleared the floor and returned to the house. She said to Grace,

"I'll be out for a while."

"Where are you going?" Grace asked while appearing from the kitchen.

"There's a friend who needs my help. It won't be long. I'll be back in an hour or so."

"Okay." Grace didn't ask anything further.

After getting changed, Alice left the house with a bag of garbage in her hand.

When she reached downstairs, she noticed Simon standing alone.

He looked depressed.

Alice was startled. She frowned and said coldly, "Why haven't you left yet?"

"I Simon was stunned seeing Alice, and then there was a glimmer of light within his eyes.

"You're waiting for me to leave so that you could talk to Grace alone, aren't you?" Alice was quick on

the uptake. Throwing him a knife-like gaze, she said, "I can easily see through you."

Simon was at a loss. For a moment when he saw Alice, he was covertly glad that he could grab the

chance to talk to Grace.

But being sharp as a tack, Alice easily worked him out.

Simon felt embarrassed as if she had seen through all his thoughts.

Being backed into a corner, Simon said, "It seems that you're prejudiced against me, aren't you?"

"Yes." Alice nodded bluntly and said, "You're so shameless that it disgusts me so much!"

Seeing that she'd gotten changed, he guessed that she should be going somewhere.

After hesitating for a moment, he said, "Forget about it. I'm leaving."

"You should have left a long time ago," Alice said while rolling her eyes at him. "It's really sickening."

Simon returned to his car and drove off.

All of a sudden, Alice wondered why would Simon leave so easily after lingering around for so long?

She suspected that he would come back. How would he give up such a great opportunity?

Alice rang Grace and said, "Simon was still here. Watch out and don't answer the door without

checking."

"What?" Grace asked in surprise, "Why hasn't he left yet?"

"He must have wanted to talk to you in private, or god knows what evil intentions he's having." Alice

said, "Actually, I'm thinking why don't we move to another place? The security here is poor to say the

least. It's safer that we move to a stricter area."

Grace considered it and agreed, "It makes sense."

"Let's discuss it later when Little Gary is back, okay?" Alice said.

"Okay." Grace said, "Family meeting."

"Alright." Alice hung up the phone and called Jensen.

After a while, the call was connected.

Jensen's voice came from the other side, "Alice, you're here already?"

"Not yet. Actually, I've been held back by something. Do you mind coming to Emerald Apartment

instead?" Alice asked politely.

Jensen laughed and said, "Of course I don't. I'll go right away. Sorry, I should've sent it over to you. My

bad."

Alice didn't think that Jensen would be so docile and apologetic.

She pursed her lips and said, "Sorry to trouble you, Officer Charm. See you."

Alice then rushed back to the apartment.

Just as she predicted, Simon's car was in sight.

He was stepping out from behind the wheel, subconsciously looking around with alertness.

"Hmph," Alice sneered. What a shameless man.

She darted out at him and shouted, "Why are you sneaking around?"

Simon was startled. He saw Alice charging toward him with a fiery look on her face.

He was frustrated with himself for being too anxious to return. He should have waited longer.

"Alice-" "Shut up." Alice glared at him. "Do you really think that Grace would forgive you after talking to

you?

Simon really did think so.

"Ha!" Alice gave a cold laugh. "You're really something huh. How could you think of Grace so lightly?"

"I can't get her out of my mind." He continued, "Anyway, this is between me and her, Alice. You

shouldn't interfere." "I like to poke my nose in, so what?" Alice responded.

"It'd be in vain," Simon said calmly. "My feelings have been surging for a long time and I can't suppress

it anymore."

"What a joke." Alice scoffed, "For the past six years, Grace has been suffering alone while you were

playing the perfect husband role to Marry. Where's your conscience?"

"It was my mistake," Simon said while closing his eyes. "I shouldn't have neglected Grace just because

I needed to be responsible for Marry."

"D*mn it!" Alice was boiling with rage. "Do you mean you intend to be responsible for both Marry and

Grace?"

Simon responded, "No, I've done enough for Marry. Now I just want to be with Grace. She is the one

whom I should accompany for the rest of my life."

"Hah." Alice sneered again sarcastically, "Now that Marry can't have a baby with you anymore, you

decided to turn to Grace?"

Simon's face stiffened and he seemed a bit on edge.

"I was right, huh?" Alice smiled gently, "That's real scummy."

"No," Simon immediately denied. "That's certainly not the case. It's not hard at all if I really want to have

my own child."

"Humph!" Alice responded in disbelief.

"I'm not outstanding, but there are still women who are willing to have babies with me. I really couldn't

let go of Grace," he explained.

"Enough of all your bullsh*t!" Alice shouted. "Get out of here! Don't talk nonsense in front of my house."

Not moving an inch, Simon said, "You couldn't keep stopping me from seeing Grace. So please, don't

shut me off this time. I just wish to have a talk with her." "Don't you understand English?" Alice said

coldly, "Don't test my patience. I've would punched you if I hadn't been afraid to get my hands tainted."

"You're no match for me, Alice," Simon said in a low voice. "I've been pleading with you because I don't

wanna get into a fight with you."

"Do you really want to keep this going on?” Alice's eyes turned colder, "I'll fight till the end."

"Get out of my way," Simon said and proceeded to walk inside.

Alice immediately stepped forward to stop him. "You're not allowed to go in. Don't you understand?"

Simon frowned, got around her, and continued to

stride inside.

In a fit of anger, Alice jumped up and kicked him from behind.

Seemed to be prepared for it, Simon avoided it with a quick flash.

Just as Alice was leaping into the air, Jensen's car was turning into the corner. Upon seeing her, he

gaped in utter shock.
