The moment Matthew heard about the lead, he could hardly wait to get there right away. "Drop me the location. I'll be there right away."

Caleb was thrilled when he heard from Matthew. After losing Executioners' protection, he felt paranoid as though everyone he came across on the street was a Red Wolves member, ready to capture him.

That constant fear was terrifying, but having Matthew around made Caleb feel safe.

Caleb gratefully said, "Really appreciate it. I'm so glad that you can come over now. I'll send the location to you right away."

After finished speaking, Caleb ended the call. A second later, Matthew's phone buzzed with the location Caleb sent. The place was Velocity Auto Repair.

Looking at the address, Matthew furrowed his brows. Could it be that the Red Wolves' hideout was near a car repair shop?

With that question in mind, Matthew started the car and drove off to Velocity Auto Repair.

Ten minutes later, Matthew arrived at the entrance of Velocity Car Repair and saw Caleb standing there.

Most auto repair shops were typically located in remote areas, but Velocity Auto Repair was in a bustling part of the city, which made its location unusual.

Next to Velocity Auto Repair was Willowcreek Hospital, and across the hospital was a bus station, and behind it was a psychiatric hospital. Furthermore, to the left of the bus station was a market, and to its right was a commercial complex.

Mattew looked around him before asking Caleb, "Where do you think the Red Wolves' hideout is?"

Caleb respectfully replied, "The three places I'm suspicious of are the commercial complex, the bus station, and the market, Mr. Grant. All these spots have heavy foot traffic and a diverse crowd.

"It's about a 15-minute walk from the card room. Even if you drive, it still takes more than 10 minutes because of the traffic lights and long wait time."

Matthew looked over at the three places and fixed his gaze on the market in the end. He asked Caleb, "Which of the three locations do you believe it's most likely to be?"

Caleb pointed at the entrance of the market. "The first place to rule out in the area is the psychiatric hospital. After that, it's Willowcreek Hospital, the bus station, and then the commercial complex. So, we're only left with the market, where I believe the Red Wolves' hideout is."

Matthew nodded. First, he ruled out the psychiatric hospital too, then Willowcreek Hospital. He was surprised at how Caleb was on the same page with him.

"Alright. Let's head to the market first to look for clues. Keep in mind that the Red Wolves are all Eastorians. They're into tuna tartare and tequila.

"They also like to refer to each other as 'buddy. While most people might call you Mr. Murphy, Eastorians just stick with 'buddy'. Besides that, they seem to have a thing for

fist bumping. That's all.

"I won't go on since you probably know this stuff already. Let's use it to search for clues."

Caleb trailed behind Matthew. "If you spot anything suspicious, I'll set up some surveillance, Mr. Grant. Even after we leave, I still can see what's happening there."

Matthew was taken aback. He suddenly remembered that Caleb had multiple cameras. He had an odd feeling that teaming up with Caleb was like playing with teammates in a game.

Caleb was the ward in the game that provided vision in areas of the map. On top

of that, Caleb could acquire more vision than the game entities.

It felt ridiculous and surreal, yet it was happening around him. So, he had no choice but to believe it.

Matthew sized up Caleb and asked with curiosity, "How many rings with the surveillance feature do you have?"

Caleb bragged, "I've got 20 of them with me, and I have many more at home. Altogether, that's around 100 of them."

Oh my goodness. The game character could only view three places at once. How was he so powerful?

Matthew couldn't help but sigh. He suddenly found Caleb to be picky. No way he was going to allow Caleb into his house. What if Caleb left a few rings at his home to survei it? He'd be able to see everything inside.

As they entered the market, Matthew subconsciously put some distance between himself and Caleb.

After walking for a bit, Matthew suddenly thought of something. "Do your surveillance devices pick up sound too?"noveldrama

With a grin, Caleb replied, "Yes. I can hear everything loud and clear."
